This meditation is to release morning bullying when it comes to our to do list, and productivity. Too often we wake up to a negative to do list, which weighs us down, and in turn makes us feel like giving up before we start. Using affirmations and deep relaxation, we will release any negative self talk so we can aim to have a productive day.

Hi my name is Lisa and this is a morning meditation to manifest self-compassion.

Too often we wake up bombarded with a to-do list along with negative self-talk.

You haven't done this,

You have to do this,

You're not enough for this,

You can't do that.

This negative self-talk is just a reminder of all the things we feel we have not done or have yet to do or have yet to achieve.

It becomes a bullying cycle first thing in the morning.

This affirmation practice is meant to help us manifest self-compassion to begin our day in alignment with harmony,

Motivation,

And love.

So let's go ahead and tune in,

Breathing in and sighing out,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Creating a safe and sacred space.

And simply imagine that you are being held in the palm of the universe's hand in a nurturing and welcoming glow.

You are surrounded by love and you can let the rest go.

And as you are being held here,

Know that you are worthy of not bullying yourself into productivity of speaking love,

Pride,

And compassion to yourself first thing in the morning.

Breathe in and sigh out.

And you can choose to listen to these affirmations or repeat these affirmations after me.

I am proud of how far I have come.

I release others' opinions of me.

I run my own race.

I release the addiction of comparison,

Knowing there is no love there.

I choose to lean into my happiness.

I choose to live a life free of self-bullying.

Today I choose to live and not just simply be productive.

I am constantly manifesting all I desire.

I am like the sun,

I radiate power,

Happiness,

And love.

I am enough.

Go ahead and visualize an intention that will help you bring this sacred space.

Go ahead and visualize an intention embedded in the energy of love and pride.

And visualize this intention.

Visualize yourself living this intention for the rest of your day.

Know that in this space of love,

This is what will inspire you.

Go live your intention,

My friend.

Namaste.

My race my pace! Lol as a walking and running coach, I run my own race really resonated with me because I say this all the time… but never considered it for my day or life! Thank you for this perspective and meditation 🙏🏻

Really helped me shift my mindset this morning. Comforting to know that others wake up bullying themselves too and that it is common / 'normal.' Many thanks!

It was honestly so eye opening! Although just a little critique, I would give a little more time in between affirmations because I didn’t get to finish saying them before we moved onto the next.
