Dearest Zoe, thank you for this lovely yoga Nidra. I found it so interesting tensing up my body prior to the meditation. I hold tension so deeply in my body that often it’s difficult for me to actually be in a total state of relaxation. However, your gentle guidancethroughout this meditation allowed for me to go into that state of deep release and letting go and I felt an experience I haven’t in a long time.
