The Shower Of Golden Light

We start by observing the breath, slowing down the mind and then we connect to the source of light and love of this universe, feeling the source in a shower of golden light that enters into the depths of our beings.

Keep your eyes closed. Start to observe the breathing. Observe the breath entering. Observe the breath leaving. Observe the sensations as the breath enters into the lungs, As the breath leaves the lungs. Feel stillness coming into the mind. Breathing. Ribcage expands. Breathe out. Ribcage contracts. Observe the stillness entering the mind. Breathe in. Feel the breath enter. Breathe out. Feel the breath leave. More and more stillness enters. Continue to observe the breath. You realize how the thoughts are not important. How the stillness within is important. You let the thoughts drift away. You connect more and more to the stillness within. You know that your original true nature lies in the stillness deep inside. Breathe in. The ribcage expands. Breathe out. The ribcage contracts. Thoughts flow away. More and more stillness enters. You breathe in. You breathe out. You connect more and more to the breath. You become distant to the thoughts. You observe them but not reacting to them. You become stiller. You continue observing the breathing and the stillness in the breath takes you to the awareness of a golden light entering. You feel a shower of golden light entering in towards the center of your forehead, Flooding you, Filling your entire body with golden light and you feel the nature of this golden light. It washes through any areas of darkness within your body. Clears through guilt, Tension, Jealousy, Any pockets of darkness that were held inside you become cleared through by this shower of golden light. Everything inside you becomes light. No darkness can remain. No tension. No negativity in the face of this golden light as it starts to permeate you entering into every cell, Every molecule, Every organ, Every muscle within you. Washing away any areas of tension, Reminding you of the divinity of your original true nature, Of the love, The unconditional love that's inside you, Reminding you of the forgiveness, The compassion that's naturally within you, Reminding you of the joy that is your original nature. The golden light continues to wash through you, Continues to enter into each cell, Each molecule. It continues to fill your heart, Filling your heart with light, Washing away any tensions there, Any spaces, Any areas of darkness, Teaching you to forgive as you did originally when you were connected to your source, Teaching you to love unconditionally, Teaching you to have compassion once more, Teaching you to be filled with joy, Teaching you to have the innocence of a child once more and the golden light continues to wash through, Continues to enter at the center of your forehead, Continues to cleanse, Continues to leave you full of light. Every cell, Every molecule within you is filled with this light and nothing but light remains inside you. You see the shower of golden light entering into your forehead, Touching every part, Every cell within you, Filling every atom, Every molecule within you with golden light, Taking you back to your original true nature of stillness, Of bliss, Of unconditional love and you see how this shower of golden light is washing through, Removing any negativities within and you can observe now from your place of stillness how these negative energies like jealousy or guilt or anger have only served to take away your happiness. The golden light helps you to experience that when you're in love, When you're in forgiveness, That's when you're truly still, That's when stillness grows within you, That's when you're truly happy and you allow the golden light to wash through, Cleanse any negative energies within you, You allow it to teach you that there's more joy in forgiveness than in hatred, More joy in being free than feeling guilt. The golden light washes through, Your body washes through the heart, Cleanses your heart, Cleanses your heart completely, You see the shower of golden light as it enters the center of the forehead, Now focusing specifically on your heart, Filling your heart with positive energy, With love and unconditional love, Bringing you back to your original nature of love, Your entire body becomes washed through, You're cleansed completely, You realize your original nature is simply to love, Simply to forgive, Any pain, Any tension, Any darkness within becomes dissolved, Your original nature is to love unconditionally, The cells, The molecules, The atoms within you, Now they're filled with the golden light, Teach you this, Everything within you softens, No anger, No hatred, No negativity remains, The golden light teaches you to love completely, Because you are loved completely, The source of the shower of the golden light which is reaching through to your heart, Teaching you to forgive, Teaching you unconditional love, The source of this golden light is the source of all of the love, All of the oneness of the universe, It's inside the universe and it's inside you, It's always been there, It's the source that created you, It's a source that created every ounce of love in the universe, The source that spreads its love constantly throughout the universe, The source of love that manifests through you, The source of love that showers you with golden light, It's deep inside you, Forgiveness, Love, Are the truth, The true way, Love exists inside you, Your original true nature is love, Unconditional love, Tensions within dissolve, Your divine nature, The divine light of the universe fills you, You experience nothing but love, You feel the shower of golden light entering at the top of your forehead, The center of your forehead, Feeling every cell, Every atom, Every molecule within you, Teaching you unconditional love once more, A love that never ends, Your entire body becomes bathed in this golden light, Every cell within you, Every atom within you, Becomes a reflection of this beautiful golden light, You are golden light, You are bliss, You are happiness, There's nothing but light within you, Feel the light within you growing, Expanding, Feel stillness within, Feel yourself connecting to your original true nature of light, Every cell, Every molecule within you, Has become washed, Has become filled, Has become bathed in the golden light that enters through the center of your forehead, You are now completely in light, Completely connected to your original true nature, You know nothing but light and you allow this light to continue growing within you for all of eternity, You feel the light within you, You feel nothing but positivity, As you awaken you remain connected to the golden light within you, You know this is your original nature and will be your original nature for all of eternity, You thank the source for filling you with unconditional love, You feel the love, The unconditional love of the source within you, You see the beautiful golden light within you, Within each atom, Within each cell once more, As you awaken you remember these feelings and you keep these feelings with you for all of eternity, You rub both palms together, You generate warmth in the palms, You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes, Still remembering the golden light within, You slowly move your palms away, Slowly opening your eyes.
