Using visualisation to release emotional blockages and liberate the natural state of joy and happiness, by freeing the heart and showing you a space you can return to, a space of infinite love. Transcript

You keep your eyes closed.

You observe the breath.

You take the awareness to the tip of the nose.

You feel the breath entering.

You feel the breath leaving.

You feel the breath reaching to the depths of your lungs each time you breathe in.

You feel the air moving from the lungs back out towards the nostrils as you breathe out.

In this way,

You keep your mind focused on the breath.

Feel the ribcage expand.

Contract.

Continue to observe the breath.

Continue to observe the stillness and the silence in the mind.

Keep your awareness on the breathing.

Feel the mind becoming very still.

Feel the thoughts drift away.

You enjoy the silence that occurs when you focus on the breath.

Feel the movement of each in-breath.

Feel the movement of each out-breath.

And you feel nothing but stillness and silence growing in the mind.

You continue to enjoy the feeling of stillness that comes from observing the breathing.

Feel the air entering the ribcage and leaving the ribcage.

And the feeling of silence,

Stillness within grows.

The thoughts that distract the mind simply fade away.

And all that remains is a feeling of stillness and calm as you continue to observe the breath.

You connect to this feeling of stillness,

This feeling of calm.

And it takes you deep within yourself.

Continue observing the breath.

Continue moving more and more inwards.

Observing the breath.

You move closer and closer towards silence,

Towards stillness.

You start to take your awareness towards your heart now.

You become aware that there are certain blockages within your heart that stop you from expressing your natural freedom,

Your natural joy.

And you imagine how life would be if these blockages were released.

You imagine the freedom that you'd feel.

You start to see these blockages now as thorns that exist deep within your heart.

And you observe how you've lived your life.

Avoiding situations,

Conversations,

People that allow these thorns to dig deeper into your heart.

You've always run away,

Avoided pain,

Avoided looking inside yourself for fear,

Of seeing the pain that these thorns cause.

But now you imagine a world where these thorns are released,

Where there's nothing but openness in your heart.

You feel the lightness,

The freedom that comes from liberating your deep pains within.

You realize that it's worth looking within,

Worth stopping,

Worth stopping the distractions that stop you,

Prevent you from looking within.

And you see all of these thorns now,

Past pains that you've kept within you.

And one by one,

You start to pull them out from your heart,

Feeling the liberation that occurs,

Feeling the freedom that is occurring within your heart right now as you pull away these thorns,

As the thorns become filled by love and freedom once more.

And as you observe these thorns,

You observe the pain they represent.

You stop for a moment and simply watch.

You allow those pains to be,

You don't react to them,

You just observe them.

As you observe without reacting,

You see they were never that bad.

You just had a fear of looking at them.

You let them release,

Just watching them,

Just seeing that they may have triggered an emotion,

But without reacting now,

You realize that emotion doesn't need to be triggered.

You can just release,

Slowly take out all of the thorns one by one.

Allow your heart to be free,

To be completely free and liberated.

And as you look through your heart,

You see all of your past pains trapped.

And you see how easy it is to simply observe them,

Watch them,

Not react to them,

Be able to face them and slowly pull them out,

Allowing yourself to be free,

Allowing your heart to be free and liberated,

And you feel the softness,

A gentleness emerging within your heart as you remove the thorns one by one.

You feel a feeling of love emerging once more,

A feeling of acceptance of yourself,

A feeling of compassion towards yourself,

And a feeling of joy being liberated.

You realize that the thorns never belonged there,

That your heart in its natural state is pure,

Without thorns,

Without pain,

Without sorrow,

It's simply free.

And as you liberate your heart,

All the negative emotions that have ever been trapped there become released.

Guilt fades away as you realize you have a conscience.

You know what's right and wrong,

There's no need to keep guilt there.

Jealousy fades away as you realize that all the love you've ever needed is here within your heart.

Happiness becomes liberated.

You allow yourself to feel happiness and joy throughout your heart.

And all the negative emotions,

The sadness,

They all just disappear.

Anger's removed as you realize that the love within your heart is infinite.

There's no reason to keep anger,

It just takes your happiness away as the thorns fall out from your heart,

Anger fades away as well.

Greed,

Pain,

Any negative emotion that takes away your happiness just fades away as the thorns fall out one by one.

And you feel your heart so free,

So liberated,

So full of infinite love.

You feel a light of love swirling throughout your heart.

You observe the pains,

The thorns that were once there and realize that they're nothing.

You don't react to them,

You just remain free.

As they fade away,

Fall away,

All that remains is your free and liberated heart.

And the light of love swirls throughout your heart,

Feeling you with an infinite feeling of love.

Return to your natural state where love remains deep within.

You feel your heart completely free.

You feel light swirling throughout your heart.

Feel your heart simply as a body of light now,

Filled with positive emotions,

Filled with infinite love.

You feel the light being spread all around.

You realize you can come back to this state of light and love whenever you need to.

If you ever feel a thorn being touched in your heart again,

You just need to close your eyes.

Observe the thorn without reacting to its pain,

Just watching it,

Realizing that when you can observe it without reacting,

The pain was never really that bad.

It's simple to pull out the thorn and as you do,

Return your heart back to this swirling energy of infinite,

Constant light.

You remember this feeling,

Your natural state,

And remind yourself that whenever you need to come back to this natural state of light,

This natural state of being liberated,

You can easily come back by simply closing your eyes.

You feel the beauty within your heart right now and you keep this feeling with you,

Never letting go.

Always keeping this feeling of infinite love within your heart.

Watching,

Observing the swirling light,

The freedom,

The love within your heart.

You feel contentment growing within.

You rub your palms together,

Take the palms over the eyes,

Slowly move the hands away.

You are the light.

You are the light.
