They contain fears,
Stress,
Thoughts of the future,
Some sadness from the past,
Fears,
Worries,
Anxieties,
Contradictions,
Anger,
But no peace.
And observing the breath,
You bring yourself back to your original nature,
Back to peace.
Feel the breath enter.
Feel the breath leave.
Feel the stillness growing within.
Observe the entering,
Leaving of the breath.
Observe the silence as it grows in the mind.
Connect to the silence,
Stillness within.
The breath enters,
Leaves.
Nothing but stillness grows.
You feel the stillness deep inside.
The breath guides you here.
Continue to observe it.
Continue to observe the thoughts drifting away.
You connect to this deep point of silence within.
You see it emanating from your heart.
You observe it.
It's a white light full of peace and stillness.
You observe its nature of love,
Compassion,
Kindness,
Forgiveness,

You become intrigued by the quality of love that's contained within this light.

Feeling the beauty,
The stillness.
You realize by searching for love in the outside world,
You sometimes found it.

It was not there.

But this source of true love that you've always searched for,

It's this beautiful white light.
It's filled with unlimited compassion,
Forgiveness,
Understanding.
It's filled with joy and happiness.
And it's unending.
It has no end,
No limits.
It just loves.
It loves you completely for who you are.
There's no expectations.
This quality of love is so strong that you continue to journey within.
You feel yourself moving through a tunnel and this tunnel takes you back to the source.
The source of love and life that created this universe,
That created you.
The spark of love within you.
The white light within your heart.
And it created all life.
Everything that moves,
Loves.
It created the entire energy in the universe,
Which is all a manifestation of its unconditional love.
And now,
You find yourself close to the source,
Close to this unlimited light.
You start to recognize and feel its qualities.
The love that it contains is completely unconditional.
It encompasses everything,
Forgives completely,
Understands all pain.
It's limitless in its nature.
It doesn't judge.
It only loves.
It doesn't see that any of its children are better or worse.
It just spreads its love unconditionally.
No stopping.
No pausing.
Constantly sending out vibrations of unconditional love.
No judging.
Just accepting every form of life.
For who or what it is.
It sees all of us as pure emanations of its own light.
It knows only the divinity within all of us,
Within all life,
Within all the energy of the universe.
It sees that everything is energy,
That everything is divinity.
Everything is an emanation of itself.
We're all children of this source of love and life.

You observe more and more the qualities,

The light,

Feels everyone's pain.
It feels the pain of all life,
Whether it's animal,
Human,
Insect,
Whether it's plants,
Whether it's minerals within the rocks.
Feels all pain,
Understands all pain,
Encompasses completely.
Fills with compassion,
Its entire creation.
The light,
The divinity within all life is filled with compassion.
And this comes from the source as it manifests more and more as a stronger white light reaches to all beings,
Softens,
Melts,
Understands.
This compassion grows and with it comes forgiveness.
It accepts,
Understands,
Doesn't judge,
Shines through the light of forgiveness.
It goes hand in hand with its unconditional love.
It gives all beings,
Understands their pains,
Their sorrows,
Just shines light because the nature of the source of the universe is unconditional light,
Unconditional compassion,
Unconditional forgiveness,
Unconditional joy,
Continues to shine through.
It's unconditional love,
Compassion,
Understanding all pains,
All sorrows of every being.
And as the nature of its love is unconditional,
Hand in hand with that comes complete forgiveness,
All the forgiveness of the universe because the nature of love is to forgive,
To accept and love completely.
This is what the source is doing with all of its children as it sees the divinity within all of us.
The divinity within us is a gift from the source of love and life.
It sees only goodness within and this love continues to expand,
To grow,
To melt the hearts of every being in the universe.
It keeps sending through love,
Light,
Now it starts to emanate joy,
Happiness,
Unconditional joy,
Unconditional happiness,
Manifests through with its light.
The source of divinity wants all beings to be happy.
It wants negative feelings like guilt or fear or sadness or pain to simply dissolve.
Its love,
Its light,
Shine through.
An emanations of love,
Joy,
Happiness,
Shine through from its center.
Reach throughout the universe,
Awaken vibrations of joy within all divinity of the universe including the light within your heart.
It doesn't judge in any way,
Forgives completely,
Asks for guilt to dissolve,
Asks for fear to dissolve.
Just light shines and shines and melts and softens,
Forgives anger,
Forgives everything because its only nature is to constantly love.
You feel the white light within your heart swell as you realize that the divinity of the source of the universe is forgiving you for any guilt that you've held within,
Is loving you and accepting you for who you are,
Is filling you with compassion for any sadness you've ever known,
Any sadness you've ever held within,
It's filling you with unconditional love,
Like the unconditional love of a mother,
It forgives completely,
Loves unconditionally,
Doesn't judge you in any way,
It knows your sadness,
Sends you compassion to understand your sadness,
Sees every teardrop that you've ever held within your heart,
Sends you through unconditional light and love,
So that these teardrops dissolve,
Turn into compassion and unlimited love and your heart softens.
You realize that in the face of the light of the source of the universe you cannot feel any anger or pain or sorrow because the nature of this light is too strong,
The nature of this love is completely unconditional and this completely unconditional love engulfs you,
Fills you,
Melts your heart,
You feel your heart softening,
Your heart melts,
The source of love is here deep within you,
Forgives you,
Loves you unconditionally,
Shows you compassion for any teardrop of sadness held within,
It's love engulfs you,
Making any sadness,
Any pain disappear,
Dissolves any guilt within,
Replaces all of it with unconditional love,
The light in your heart grows stronger and stronger as the source of light and love of the universe grows within you,

It melts everything within you,
Just light and love remain,
Your heart softens completely,

Nothing but love and light are here now,
You see the source of love and light here deep within your heart,

Negativities have been absorbed by the source,
Its love is so great that fear cannot exist in its presence,
Anger cannot exist in its presence,
Jealousy,
Hatred,
Guilt,
They all dissolve in the presence of the source because it's unconditional love is unending and it's here inside you,
Continues to grow every day,
You feel your connection to the source,
You feel the beauty of it,
You allow it to grow every day deep within you,
You see it as light and love shining within your heart,
Glows brightly,
You continue to observe it now,
Feel it for the rest of your life,
For all of eternity,
The light of love,
The light of the source shines deep within,
You rub both palms together,
Generate warmth in the palms,
Take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes,
Still keeping your connection to the source completely alive,
Keeping your heart filled with love,
The unconditional love of the source,
Feeling of forgiveness,
Non judging,
Complete acceptance,
Keeping the hands over the eyes,
You slowly move them away,
Slowly opening to the light once more.
