A guided meditation on Pratyahara, the 5th of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. In this session, we become acquainted with our monkey mind to gain insight on the kind of food (thoughts, emotions, and sensations) that we feed it. Ahara means 'food', while Prati is a preposition to mean 'away.' This practice is allowing the mind to slow down and wean away from the sensory inputs that feeds our drunken monkey, as what the Buddha describes a restless mind. This is part of Yoga Sangha's Brain Break series.
