Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
And find a comfortable spot.
Maybe an easy seat with your legs crossed,
Spine straight,
Chin slightly tucked,
Or lie on your back.
Just allowing yourself to settle here.
Eyes come closed.
Jaw relaxes.
Breathing in and out through the nose,
Just your natural breath.
And just paying attention to the thoughts coming in and coming out.
Being the observer.
Noticing the breath coming in and moving out.
Feeling a wave of relaxation throughout the body.
And any tension in the body just releases into the ground.
Giving yourself permission that this is your time.
Giving yourself permission to clear any to-do lists in this present moment.
All you have to do is breathe.
Feeling the body relaxing even deeper.
And noticing the breath smoothing out.
Allowing the thoughts to roll in and roll out.
Being the observer.
Feeling the breath steady.
Breathing in and going out.
Noticing the stillness in the body.
Accepting the present moment.
Noticing the present moment.
And letting go of the present moment.
Nothing to do.
Nothing to control.
But just being the observer of your breath,
Of the sounds in the room.
And of the thoughts rolling in and rolling out.
Riding the wave of relaxation.
Now start to wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes.
Circles with the hands,
Circles with the feet.
Good rock side to side,
Taking movements with the body.
Let's take a deep breath together.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Open the mouth,
Side out.
Embracing this natural breath.
Embracing the natural flow to life.
Embracing your highest self.
