Welcome to this guided meditation.
This guided sleep meditation to allow you to surrender.
Because you want to surrender.
And surrendering feels so good.
And no matter where you are or how you feel,
Many people felt the same way.
And many people have fallen asleep to the sound of my voice.
Maybe you have already.
Or maybe this is your first time meditating with me.
But that's okay.
I welcome you here to fully relax and fully settle.
And at some point during this meditation,
My voice will fade away and you'll fall into the most comfortable,
Peaceful,
Restful,
Natural sleep.
Because surrender is good,
But it's good to know my voice allows you to feel safe.
One thing to know is that surrender is so easy.
It's so easy to do.
And the more you surrender,
The easier it gets.
Listening to the sound of my voice allows you to welcome tranquility,
To welcome surrender and calmness.
And just notice your breathing,
Observe your breath,
Be the witness to your breath.
Just notice your inhale and your exhale.
Nothing to do or control with your breathing.
Just observe it,
Be the witness.
And now start to deepen your breath as you inhale the belly rises and as you exhale the belly falls.
Inhale the belly rises and exhale the belly falls.
Inhales are like waves forming against the shore and exhales are like waves crashing against the shore,
Ebbs and flows,
Belly rises and the belly falls.
And with each exhale,
You relax a little more.
With each exhale,
You relax just a little more.
Because I know you're the kind of person who wants to relax.
And your muscles soften and your muscles start to relax as your belly rises and as your belly falls.
And you soon notice you begin to soften your body into your bed.
And as you soften your body into your bed,
You begin to notice you're breathing deeply.
You begin to notice your whole body is settling and surrendering.
You don't have to try to sleep.
Sleep will come naturally and easily.
People can,
Can they not,
Decide to fully embrace the feeling of relaxation.
You'll fall asleep more easily than you think.
And as you breathe deeply,
You can very soon feel the effects of breathing deeply,
Surrendering and being still.
Sleep meditation is good for those who want to reprogram their mind easily and naturally.
Am I right?
You will soon go deeper into trance,
Feeling better and better.
Even if you try to stay awake,
You are unlikely to succeed.
More people are falling asleep faster and faster listening to the sound of my voice.

Yes it is.
Then your body starts to surrender.
It starts to feel heavy,
Heavier and heavier,
All the way down,
Heavier and heavier.
Muscles soften,
Jaw softens,
Shoulders soften.
Relaxation up and down your spine,
Into your nerves.
Your bones feel heavier and heavier.
So heavy now,
As you breathe,
As you listen to the sound of my voice.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can imagine yourself at the top of a staircase.
The staircase has 10 steps.
And with each step down,
You will feel more and more relaxed,
More at ease.
And in just a moment,
You'll stand at the top of these 10 steps,
Going down.
And at the bottom of these 10 steps,
Is the most comfortable bed you've ever seen.
The most comfortable bed you've ever seen in your entire life.
And when you reach that bed,
You'll surrender fully,
Naturally and intuitively.
Now imagine yourself at the top of these 10 steps,
Looking down to that most comfortable bed.
Take the first step down,
Feeling a wave of relaxation wash over you,
Or perhaps it's already there.

Moving down another step,
Deeper into relaxation,
As if you're floating and drifting.

With each step,
You feel lighter,
More serene.
Or is it the other way around?

Deeper and deeper,
Feeling the calmness growing within you,
Like a gentle tide.

Halfway down now,
Each step taking you twice as deep,
Or maybe it's even more.

Relaxing more and more,
Your mind becoming calm and clear,
As if a gentle fog is lifting.

Almost there,
Feeling completely at ease,
Like floating on a cloud.

Deeper down,
Deeper into peace,
Feeling light and heavy at the same time.

Nearly at the bottom,
Feeling deeply relaxed,
Or is it the top of relaxation?
And 1.
Reaching the bottom step,
Feeling completely serene and calm,
And now lie down into that most comfortable bed,
Drifting down,
Down,
And down,
Deeper and deeper,
Into that most comfortable bed,
And as you drift off into that most comfortable bed,
Drifting off into sleep,
I'll say these affirmations,
And they'll sink deep into your heart space,
Deep inside your unconscious mind,
To reprogram your mind,
And to wake up feeling so loved,
So at ease,
And so,
So good.
I'm so loved,
