Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian and it's time to relax.
It's time to harness that stillness that you deserve.
So find a comfortable spot,
Lie down,
Sit down.
You can sit in a chair,
Meditation cushion,
Any place where you can keep your body still.
Once you find that place,
Softly,
Gently,
Naturally,
Close your eyes.
And just arrive.
Just be.
Bring your awareness and attention to your breathing.
Full awareness,
Full attention to your breath.
Just observing the breath,
Noticing the breath and nothing to do or control with your breath.
Just observe.
Inviting your mind back to the body.
Inviting your mind to the room,
To your space.
Now start to take control of your breathing.
With the mouth closed,
Breathe in and out through your nose,
Matching the inhale with your exhale.
Finding a smooth,
Steady,
Comfortable breath.
Flowing breath,
Like water.
And your breathing,
You're alive,
You're here,
Feels so good.
Because you deserve to feel good.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
And you may start to feel a wave of relaxation in your body.
You may start to feel,
From the crown of your head to the tips of your toes,
A wave of relaxation each and every breath you take.
Whole body relaxes,
Whole body settles.
Now take a scan of your body.
Take a scan of your body like tiny laser beams scanning your body and noticing,
Finding any tension in your body.
Those laser beams will find the tension.
And once you're in that state,
You're going to feel a little bit of relaxation.
And once you find that tension,
Send your awareness to that tension.
And send your breath to that tension.
And once you send your awareness to that tension,
Once you send your breath to that tension,
The tension starts to dissolve.
It starts to fade away into space.
Find all that tension,
Send your awareness to the tension,
Send your breath to the tension and let it dissolve into space.
Whole body relaxes,
Whole body sinks deeper and deeper and deeper still.
Because you deserve to feel good.
You deserve to relax.
Whole body relaxes,
Each and every breath you take.
And as your body relaxes,
You notice your breathing has slowed down,
Your breathing has smoothed down.
And in just a moment,
Let's relax our minds.
In just a moment,
I wonder if you can imagine a movie screen.
I wonder if you can imagine this movie screen.
And on this screen is your thoughts,
And all you have to do is watch your thoughts,
Observe your thoughts.
And there's nothing you have to do or control because you're the witness,
You're the observer,
The watcher,
The seer of your thoughts on this movie screen.
And your thoughts roll in and roll out on this movie screen.
And you're just the witness.
Now,
I wonder if you can imagine that movie screen and see your thoughts on the movie screen and just observe.
Now,
I wonder if you can imagine a movie screen.
And on this screen is your thoughts,
And all you have to do is watch your thoughts on this movie screen.
And on this screen is your thoughts,
And all you have to do is observe your thoughts on this movie screen.
And as you're watching your thoughts on the movie screen,
The movie screen starts to fade away.
It starts to get farther and farther and farther away.
So far away that you just can't see your thoughts anymore.
And your mind starts to relax,
Your mind starts to surrender,
Your mind starts to let go,
Turning the volume all the way down,
Down,
Down.
Deeper and deeper,
Down,
Down.
Your whole body relaxes,
Mind relaxes,
Because you deserve to feel good,
So feel good now.
And you can remain here as long as you like,
Feeling so good.
