Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
This meditation is for loneliness.
So if you're feeling lonely,
You're in the right place.
Find a comfortable spot.
You can do this seated or lying down.
Once you find that comfortable place,
Softly and gently close your eyes.
And nothing to do or control during this meditation.
Clearing away all your to-do lists.
Wiping them clear.
Because all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
You may feel a little lonely.
Maybe sad.
Maybe feeling unlovable.
And that's okay to feel those emotions.
Because all they are are just emotions and feelings.
And feelings and emotions,
They ebb and flow.
They come and go.
Just like waves forming against the shore and waves crashing against the shore.
So during this meditation,
We'll find the true power within ourselves.
We'll find that unconditional love that we have for ourselves.
So right now,
Just bring your attention and awareness to your breathing.
Just bring your attention and awareness to your breathing.
Full attention,
Full awareness on your breath.
Noticing the breath.
Observing the breath.
And realizing this breath is always there for us.
No matter how we feel,
This breath is always there to guide us along the way.
To keep us alive.
And maybe,
Just maybe,
Finding some gratitude for this breath.
And now let's bring our awareness to our bodies.
This body of ours.
It does so many things to keep us alive.
Our heart is beating.
Blood is pumping through our veins.
This body of ours is so amazing and does so many things.
So take a scan of your body all the way up and all the way down.
And as you scan your body,
Say thank you.
Show some gratitude for this amazing body of yours.
Billions of cells in our body.
So we're truly never alone.
And now bring your awareness to your mind,
To your thoughts.
Full awareness,
Full attention to your thoughts.
This amazing mind of yours keeps you safe.
Helps you make decisions.
Just observe your thoughts,
Notice your thoughts.
And just knowing they're just thoughts.
And with thoughts comes feelings and emotions.
Feelings and emotions.
And that's all they are,
Are just feelings,
Just emotions,
Just thoughts.
And you are way more powerful than your thoughts,
Than your feelings,
Than your emotions.
But maybe find some gratitude for these thoughts,
These feelings,
These emotions.
And now finding gratitude for your entire being,
Your breath,
Your body,
And your mind.
Your entire being.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can think of a time where you felt so loved unconditionally.
It could be a time in your childhood,
Or maybe it's a make-believe place,
A make-believe time.
I wonder if you can feel this time where you felt so unconditionally loved.
Now go to that time,
Go to that feeling where you felt so unconditionally loved.
First place that comes to mind.
And if you need to make it up,
How would you feel if you felt so unconditionally loved?
And now allow that picture to fade away,
But stay with the feeling of this unconditional love in your body.
Where in your body do you feel this unconditional love?
There's a place in the body where you feel it.
Pinpoint exactly where you feel it.
Some people feel it in their heart space,
Others,
Their stomach,
Some the throat,
Some the head.
Feel this unconditional love.
Pinpoint exactly where you feel it in the body.
And once you know exactly where you feel it,
You start to see a color.
This color of unconditional love coming from that place in the body.
What color do you see?
First color that comes to mind.
And if you don't see a color,
That's okay.
Sometimes it's clear.
Some people see shapes or hear sounds.
Feel this unconditional love.
And this color or the shape of the sound that you feel of this unconditional love in your body.
Allow it to float out of your body over your head.
This feeling of unconditional love,
Allow it to float above your head and allow this sensation,
This color,
This feeling to start to expand from wall to wall,
From floor to ceiling,
Filling up the entire room with this unconditional love so strong.
It starts to rain down on your body.
This unconditional love,
This feeling touches every single muscle fiber,
Every single cell in your body.
Feeling this unconditional love in your entire being.
Whole body flooded with love.
Sense of being,
Sense of belonging.
Feel the sensations in your body.
What do you feel?
And as you feel this unconditional love,
This sensation,
This wholeness,
This feeling of this unconditional love,
This feeling of being,
And as you feel this unconditional love,
This sensation,
This wholeness,
Say silently to yourself,
On the inhale,
I am.
And on the exhale,
Never,
Ever,
Ever alone.
Inhale I am.
And exhale,
Never,
Ever,
Ever alone.
You can keep saying that silently to yourself over and over again.
And on the exhale,
Never,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
