Welcome to this guided meditation,
This guided sleep meditation.
So find a place where you're comfortable.
Find a place where you can fall gently and peacefully asleep and allow your eyes to close and just start to arrive,
Arriving here to the present moment.
And during this sleep meditation,
There'll be a time,
There'll be a moment where you drift off and fade away and fall into the most comfortable,
Peaceful sleep because your body wants to sleep and your body wants to relax.
So during this meditation,
Fully surrender,
Listening to the sound of my voice.
And at some point,
The sound of my voice will be in the distance and you'll fall into that deep sleep,
That deep,
Peaceful sleep.
And just notice your breathing,
Nothing to do or control with your breathing.
Just notice your breath,
Your natural breath in and out.
And now take a nice deep inhale through your nose and exhale,
Sigh it out.
Again,
Nice deep inhale through the nose,
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
One more time,
Releasing all your stress.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
And with your mouth closed,
Breathe in and out through your nose,
Deepening your inhale and deepening your exhale.
And on the inhale,
Feeling the belly rising and on the exhale,
The belly falls.
Inhale,
Belly rises and exhale,
Belly falls.
Inhale,
Belly rises and exhale,
Belly falls.
Starting to relax and your body starts to feel heavier and heavier.
Heavier and heavier.
Your body feels so heavy and your muscles soften.
Relaxation up and down your spine and all your nerves start to relax.
All your muscle fibers start to relax.
As you breathe in,
Belly rises and breathe out,
Belly falls.
Whole body relaxes,
Feeling a wave of relaxation all throughout your body.
Each and every breath you take floods the body with relaxation and your body feels 10 times heavier.
10 times heavier now.
So heavy,
So relaxed.
As you breathe,
As your belly rises and belly falls,
Bring your attention and awareness to your mind,
To your thoughts.
And just watch your thoughts like you're watching a movie.
And there's nothing to do or control with your thoughts.
Just watch your thoughts.
Be the witness to your thoughts.
Now watch your thoughts like you're watching a movie.
Your thoughts are on the screen and they just roll in and roll out.
And now your thoughts get smaller and smaller,
Smaller and smaller.
So small now,
So small now,
Until you just can't see your thoughts anymore.
Completely relaxing your mind,
Completely surrendering as you breathe,
As you relax.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can use that great imagination here.
And I wonder if you can imagine yourself in a forest with tall,
Tall trees on each side.
And there's a path.
And this path leads to a nice,
Serene lake.
And in just a moment,
You'll use that great imagination of yours.
And you'll walk down this path in the forest to the lake.
And there's a boat waiting for you.
And this boat will take you to a calm and peaceful island,
An island with tall,
Tall trees and a lush garden with lots of flowers.
And it's so peaceful.
Now,
Imagine yourself walking down this path in the forest,
This path in the forest,
Walking towards this lake.
And as you walk down this path,
You see the boat.
It could be any size boat,
But it's your boat,
Walking towards this boat.
And you get there.
And now get on this boat.
And you feel this boat sway from side to side,
Calming you,
Relaxing you.
And this boat leaves.
And it heads to this peaceful,
Tranquil island.
And you're getting closer and closer to this island,
Closer and closer.
And you feel calmer and calmer,
Calmer and calmer.
Almost there.
Almost there.
And now you're here at the island,
Getting off the boat.
And you look around.
And you notice this island is so peaceful.
All the trees.
And you see a garden.
Walk towards this garden.
You're walking closer and closer.
Anything can be in this garden.
Maybe your favorite flowers,
Plants.
And there's nice,
Lush grass.
And whenever you're ready,
Lie down in the grass.
And you feel the grass on your skin.
You hear the birds singing.
And there's a nice,
Warm breeze.
You feel so good and so relaxed.
Drifting off,
Fading away as you listen to the birds.
So peaceful.
So serene.
Just listening to the birds.
And then you look to the right.
And you see a great big tree.
And you see a door at the bottom of the tree.
Now get up from the grass and walk towards this door.
Walk towards this tree.
Now you're there.
You're there at this tree.
There's a door at the bottom of this tree.
And when you open this door,
There's an elevator.
An elevator going down.
Going down to another world.
Going down to a sandy beach.
Now get in this elevator and press the button to go all the way down.
All the way down.
And the doors close.
You start to go down.

1.
You're all the way down.
The elevator door opens.
And you arrive to a sandy beach.
And as you step out of the elevator,
Your feet sink down into the sandy beach.
Nice warm sand.
And you notice out in the horizon,
The sun is starting to set.
It's a perfect temperature.
And you hear the waves forming against the shore and crashing against the shore.
And now walk down this beach,
Listening to the waves rolling in and rolling out.
And in just a moment,
You'll write your name in the sand.
And after you write your name in the sand,
The waves will wash your name away.
And as the waves wash your name away,
You relax 10 times more.
And all your stress,
All your worries,
All your cares will wash away,
Just like the waves wash away your name.
Now,
Write your name in the sand.
Write your name in the sand.
And after you write your name in the sand,
The waves start to wash your name away,
Washing your name away,
Easily and naturally,
Relaxing 10 times more.
And you notice out in the distance,
There's a great big sandcastle,
A great big sandcastle that looks like a real castle.
And now walk to the sandcastle,
Walking towards the sandcastle.
You see there's a door to enter.
And now you're there.
You're in front of this door.
Great big sandcastle.
You feel so peaceful.
Now open this door.
And you see a hallway.
And there's a door at the end of this hallway.
Walk towards this door at the end of the hallway.
And now you're here at that door.
And you open it.
And there's 10 steps going down.
10 steps going down.
And at the bottom of these steps is the most comfortable bed,
The most comfortable bed you've ever seen.
And in just a moment,
You'll walk down these 10 steps.
And each step you take,
You'll relax 100 times more than now.
Each step you take,
You'll relax 100 times more than you are now.
And by the time you get to this most comfortable bed,
You'll be asleep.
You'll drift off.
You'll fade away into the most comfortable,
Peaceful sleep.
Now,
Look down these 10 steps.
And take that first step 10 100 times more relaxed.
Nine,
Whole body feels heavier and heavier.
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Halfway there.
Feeling so relaxed.
So at peace.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Lie down in this most comfortable bed.
This most comfortable bed.
You feel so relaxed.
So at peace.
And you sink down,
Down,
Down into the most peaceful,
Restful sleep.
