It's time to fully relax your body and mind.
So take some time right now and find a comfortable
Place.
A comfortable spot where you can fully settle and fully nest in and fully relax.
So find that place now.
And once you get extra comfortable,
Softly,
Gently close your eyes.
And as you softly,
Gently close your eyes,
You start to arrive.
Arriving here to the present moment.
Give your mind time to arrive.
Say,
Hey mind,
Arrive here to the present moment.
And give yourself this time for you.
This is your time.
Your time to just breathe and fully surrender.
And notice a feeling of surrender into your body.
A feeling of surrender washes over your body.
Fully letting go.
Because during this meditation,
All you have to do is listen to the sound of my voice.
That's it.
So you can fully surrender to the sound of my voice.
Fully let go to the sound of my voice.
Now take a nice deep inhale through your nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let it go.
Again,
Nice deep inhale through your nose.
And sigh it out.
And take one more on your own.
Fully relaxing.
And now find a comfortable breath.
A nice and comfortable breath.
In and out through your nose.
Finding a steady,
Comfortable,
Natural,
And intuitive breath.
A steady,
Comfortable,
Natural,
And intuitive breath for you.
And you realize you're easily and naturally relaxing.
You're easily and naturally relaxing as you breathe,
As you listen to the sound of my voice.
And in just a moment,
I'll say a body part.
And you'll bring your attention and awareness to this body part.
And when you bring your attention and awareness to this body part,
This body part relaxes 10 times more.
And this body part softens.
And this body part feels heavier and heavier.
And in just a moment,
I'll start to say body parts one by one.
And each body part,
You'll relax more and more.
And by the end of this meditation,
You'll be so relaxed,
You might even drift off into sleep.
Now,
Bring your attention and awareness to your right thumb.
Pull the tension,
Pull the awareness to your right thumb.
Right index finger.

Right middle finger.
Right ring finger.
Right pinky finger.
Top of the right hand.
Palm of the right hand.
Right wrist.
Right forearm.
Right elbow.
Right upper arm.

Upper left arm.

Bottom of the tongue.
In front of the tongue.
Entire tongue.

Left eyebrow.
Middle of the brow line.
Right eye.
Left eye.
Both eyes.
Both eyes relax.
Right ear.
Left ear.
Both ears.
The entire head.
The entire head relaxes.
Bring your attention and awareness to your throat.
Right collarbone.
Left collarbone.
Right chest.
Left chest.
Upper stomach.
Middle stomach.
Lower stomach.
The entire torso.
Bring your attention to your right shoulder blade.
Left shoulder blade.
Middle right back.
Middle left back.
Lower right back.
Lower left back.
Right butt cheek.
And left butt cheek.
Bring your attention and awareness to the entire back.
Pull the tension.
Pull the awareness.
To the entire back.
Now bring your attention and awareness to your right hand.
And left hand.
Both hands.
Attention and awareness to your right arm.
And left arm.
Both arms.
Attention and awareness to your right foot.
And left foot.
Both feet.
Attention and awareness to your right leg.
And left leg.
Both legs.
Bring your attention and awareness to your entire body.
Full attention.
Full awareness.
To your entire body.
And your entire body feels so heavy.
And so relaxed.
Your entire body feels so heavy.
And so relaxed.
And each and every breath you take.
You feel the wave of relaxation.
All the way up.
And all the way down.
Fully relaxing.
As you breathe.
As you listen to the sound of my voice.
And as your body is so relaxed.
I wonder if at the crown of your head.
You can imagine golden healing light.
Entering the crown of your head.
From the center of the universe.
And this golden healing light.
Now enters your head.
Now.
This golden healing light.
Enters the crown of your head.
From the center of the universe.
Fills up your entire body.
With this golden healing light.
And just allow this golden healing light.
To wash over you.
Fills up your entire body.
Fills up your bones.
Your muscle fibers.
Your nerves.
Gets in your blood flow.
Golden healing light.
Surrounds and protects you.
And enters your body.
Allow this golden healing light to flow.
Flow in your body.
Healing all the things.
You need healing.
Physical and emotional.
And in just a moment.
I'll count from one to five.
And when I reach five.
This golden healing light.
Will flow through you a hundred times faster.
A hundred times more powerful than now.
One.
Feeling so much better.
Two.
Because it's all for you.
Three.
Almost there.
And four.
Feeling so good.
And so ready.
For this golden healing light.
To feel a hundred times better.

Golden healing light flowing a hundred times more.
A hundred times faster.
Stronger.
Flows throughout your body.
