Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space.
Just find a space where the body can stay still.
And you can sit on a chair.
You can lay down on your back.
Or you can sit on a meditation cushion.
Don't overthink it.
Just find a comfortable space.
And focus on your breath.
Pay attention to the breath.
And whenever you're ready,
Allow the eyes to gently close.
Bring in the awareness to your breath.
Noticing the breath.
Observing the breath.
Really feel the breath here.
Noticing the inhale.
And the exhale.
And the exhale.
Each and every breath you take,
You settle into your space.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more.
And more.
Each and every breath you take,
The breath naturally smooths out.
Feel in your shoulders relax.
Sometimes we feel like we're carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders.
So just allow that weight to sink down into the earth.
All you have to do is breathe.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more.
And more.
Each and every breath you take,
Every cell in your body relaxes.
All the nerves in your body start to relax.
Fingertips and toes relaxing even deeper.
Tip of your nose relaxes.
Ears relaxes.
Eyelids are so heavy,
So relaxed.
Whole body relaxes.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more.
And more.
Observing the body,
Noticing the body.
Noticing how relaxed you are.
So relaxed you can feel gravity.
Showering down on your body.
So relaxed your body feels heavier and heavier.
So relaxed,
I want you to try to open your eyelids.
But you just can't open your eyelids because your eyelids are so relaxed.
Whole body relaxes now.
Whole body relaxes now.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I want you to use that great imagination of yours.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I'm going to count down from five to one.
When I reach one,
I want you to visualize yourself in a field with tall grass up to your waist.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Using that imagination,
I want you to visualize you're in a field,
Tall grass up to your waist.
And you feel a cool breeze on your face.
A cool breeze in your hair.
And the sun is starting to rise.
See yourself there,
Visualize yourself there.
Notice how the body feels.
With your fingertips touching the tall grass,
The tall blades of grass.
Noticing the temperature,
Noticing the smell.
I want you to take a look around,
Notice where you're at.
Notice some trees in the distance.
Notice the flowers.
Notice that cool breeze.
And feel the sunlight touching your skin,
Touching every cell in your body.
I want you to look down in the grass and you see a note neatly folded.
Reach down and grab that note.
And the note is to you.
I want you to open this note,
Open the paper,
Unravel the note.
And you start to notice this note is from your future self.
It's a love letter.
I want you to read the note,
What does it say?
Reading the note,
Seeing the note from your future self,
This love letter to you,
From you.
And as you read it,
Notice how your body feels.
Notice how your body feels.
Notice the sensations.
Notice this unconditional love.
Knowing your future self,
Your higher self is always there for you.
Now take this note,
Fold it back nice and neat.
And with your hands put it in your pocket.
Feel it in your pocket.
Know that this note is here for you.
And knowing this note is always available.
You can always come back to this note from your higher self.
Not yet,
But in just a moment.
I'm going to count down from 10 to 1.
When I reach 1,
You'll come back to the room,
You'll come back to your body,
You'll come back to the now.
And you'll come back to your breath.

8,
7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Come back to your body,
Come back to your breath,
Come back to the room,
Come back to the present moment.
Start to wiggle the fingers,
Wiggle the toes.
Take in some movements with the body.
Take in a nice deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out.
Unconditional love,
Knowing your higher self,
Your future self has your back.
Knowing this love note here is always available to you.
All you have to do is reach in your pocket.
