Welcome to this guided sleep meditation.
It's time to relax.
It's time to fall asleep.
So find a place where you can lie down,
A place where you can fall asleep,
And once you find that place,
Softly gently close your eyes.
Softly gently close your eyes,
And during this meditation all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice,
And at some point during this meditation you'll fall asleep,
You'll drift off and fade away,
Because you deserve to sleep,
And you deserve to relax.
So wherever you are,
Wherever your mind's at,
It's okay.
Because you're safe here right now,
Listening to the sound of my voice,
And the sound of my voice allows you to relax,
The sound of my voice allows you to settle,
The sound of my voice allows you to drift off and fade away,
Because you want to sleep,
Yes you do.
Your body wants to sleep and relax,
And during sleep your body can heal itself,
And your body wants to heal itself.
So during this meditation,
Surrendering and drifting off and dreaming,
As you breathe,
As you listen to the sound of my voice,
And if your mind wanders and fades away,
That's okay.
And as you listen to my voice and listen to the instructions,
It's okay to relax,
Listening to my voice in the background,
Because as your conscious mind falls asleep,
Your unconscious mind will listen and hear everything it needs to hear.
Your unconscious mind is always there for you,
Protects you,
Keeps you healthy.
Your heart is beating,
Lungs are breathing,
Each and every breath you take.
So just allow yourself to sink deeper into your bed,
Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper,
Listening to the sound of my voice,
And just bring your attention and awareness to your breathing,
Attention and awareness to your breath,
And it's your natural breath,
Nothing to do or control with your breathing,
Just be the witness to your breath,
Notice your breath,
Just observe it,
Notice it,
Notice your inhale and your exhale,
Be the witness to your breath,
And notice how your breath feels.
Is it smooth or choppy or deep or shallow?
Ask yourself,
How does my breath feel?
And now start to deepen your breathing,
Deepen your inhale and deepen your exhale,
Deepening your breath,
Finding a comfortable and steady deep breath,
In and out,
And as you inhale you're breathing in relaxation,
And as you exhale all your tension,
All your stress,
All your worries,
Breathing in relaxation,
And exhaling all your stress,
All your cares,
All your worries,
And your body starts to relax,
Your body starts to settle,
And take a scan of your body,
From the crown of your head to the tips of your toes,
Just scan the body,
Notice the body,
Scanning the body all the way up,
And all the way down,
Relaxing the body,
As you scan the body noticing any tension you feel in your body,
Scanning the body noticing any tension you feel,
And once you notice exactly where the tension is in your body,
Send your breath to that tension,
And send your awareness to that tension,
And once you send your breath to that tension,
Once you send your awareness to that tension,
Your body knows exactly how to release that tension,
So allow your body to do what it naturally does,
And releases that tension,
Whole body relaxes deeper,
And deeper,
And deeper still,
Feeling a wave of relaxation all the way up,
And all the way down,
Each and every breath you take floods the body with relaxation,
Because you deserve to relax,
Yes you do,
And you deserve the most peaceful and comfortable sleep,
The most peaceful and comfortable bliss,
You deserve that,
And say silently to yourself,
I deserve the most peaceful sleep,
I deserve the most peaceful sleep,
And you sink a little deeper,
A little deeper,
And deeper,
Relaxing more and more,
As you breathe,
As you listen to the sound of my voice,
And at some point,
My voice will fade away,
And you'll sink down into the most peaceful comfortable restful sleep,
Easily and naturally,
Drifting and dreaming,
Floating and flying into the most comfortable,
Deep,
Peaceful sleep,
And your mind relaxes,
Your mind settles,
Any thoughts in your mind just roll in,
And roll out,
Any thoughts in your mind,
You just watch your thoughts,
Like you're watching a movie,
And as you're watching your thoughts roll in,
And roll out,
Allow those thoughts to get smaller and smaller,
Smaller and smaller,
Those thoughts in your mind get smaller and smaller,
So small now,
So small now,
That you just can't see your thoughts anymore,
Completely relaxing the mind,
Turning your mind all the way down,
Down,
And down,
Deeper,
And deeper,
Down,
Down,
That's right,
Fully relaxing,
Surrendering your conscious mind,
As your unconscious mind listens,
And hears the sound of my voice,
And at some point,
Your conscious mind will drift off into sleep,
And your unconscious mind will listen,
And hear the sound of my voice,
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can use that great imagination of yours,
And I wonder if you can imagine yourself walking down a path in the forest,
Tall,
Tall trees on each side,
And as you walk down this path in the forest,
You notice in the distance,
There's a clearing,
A meadow,
And in this meadow,
You see a house,
Could be any size house,
Any shape,
And this house looks and feels so relaxing,
So comfortable,
And in just a moment,
You'll use that great imagination of yours,
And you'll imagine yourself walking down this path in the forest,
Tall,
Tall trees,
Walking towards this meadow,
This clearing,
And in the clearing in the meadow,
You see that house,
Could be any size house,
Any color,
But you feel so relaxed,
So comfortable,
When you see this house,
Now,
Imagine yourself walking down this path in the forest,
Tall,
Tall trees on each side,
There's a breeze on your skin,
The temperature feels so good,
Walking down this path towards the meadow,
Towards the clearing,
And walking towards that house,
And as you walk towards this house,
You start to relax even more,
You start to feel love,
Unconditional love,
You start to feel warmth in your heart space,
You feel so relaxed,
Keep walking towards this house,
Closer and closer,
Now you're here in the meadow,
In the clearing,
Closer,
Walk closer and closer to the house,
Yes,
And you're here at the house,
And just notice the color,
Notice the shape,
The size of this house,
And notice the door,
What type of door is it,
What's it made of,
And in just a moment,
You'll open this door,
And you'll enter,
And when you enter this house,
It's so comfortable,
Everything's exactly where it's supposed to be,
All the furniture is exactly where it's supposed to be,
Nice and clean,
And comfortable,
Now,
Reach out and open the door,
And as you open the door,
You feel so good,
So comfortable,
Heart space feels warm,
And walk inside this house,
And you feel so relaxed,
10 times more relaxed than you were before,
And just notice this house,
Look around,
And as you look around,
You see a door,
And this door has 10 steps going down,
Down to the most comfortable bed you've ever seen,
And in just a moment,
You'll open this door,
You'll look down these 10 steps,
And you'll see the most comfortable bed,
And not yet,
But in just a moment,
When you open that door,
And you see these 10 steps going down,
You'll walk down these 10 steps,
And each step you take,
You'll relax 10 times more than you are now,
Each step you take,
You'll sink deeper,
And deeper,
And deeper,
Because at the bottom of these steps is the most comfortable bed,
Now,
Open the door,
Looking down,
And take that first step,

Relaxing more,
And more,

Whole body feels heavier,

And you surrender,

As you're lying down in this most comfortable bed,
And you sink all the way down,
10 times deeper,
And you sink down,
All the way down,
Now sink down,
All the way down,
To a sandy beach,
All the way down,
You're lying down,
On a sandy beach now,
Hearing the waves form against the shore,
And crash against the shore,
The temperature is perfect,
You're here on a sandy beach,
Listening to the waves roll in,
And roll out,
And as you listen to these waves roll in,
And roll out,
You start to drift away,
You start to fall deep down,
Into the most peaceful,
Comfortable sleep,
Because you deserve to rest,
And you deserve to relax,
Yes you do,
Listening to the waves form against the shore,
And crash against the shore,
As my voice drifts off,
And fades away,
Drifting,
Dreaming,
Into the most peaceful sleep.
