Welcome to this guided sleep meditation.
My name is yogi Brian Find your comfortable spot your comfortable space may be laying in your bed or laying on the floor Any place where you can fall asleep?
Allow your legs to be long arms to be long And maybe a pillow supports your head The palms could be facing up or facing down And a slight bend in the knees And allow your eyes to gently close All you have to do is listen to my voice And all you have to do is just breathe Allowing your body to relax and allowing your mind to relax It could be after a long day,
And you deserve this relaxation Telling yourself I will relax I will relax Each and every breath you take relaxes you even more and more Each and every breath you take sinks deeper and deeper into a relaxed state Nothing to do or control all you have to do is breathe Taking a nice deep inhale through the nose And hold the breath for a second or two And exhale release the breath Again nice deep inhale through the nose Hold the breath for two seconds And exhale release that breath Your natural breath here in and out nice and deep In and out nice and smooth And each and every breath you take sinks you deeper and deeper into a relaxed state Telling yourself I am relaxed And you feel it,
You feel the relaxation in your body Maybe the toes start to tingle,
The fingertips start to tingle And you feel this wave of relaxation all throughout the body Because you deserve to relax You deserve to take a break You deserve your mind to be free You deserve to just breathe There you go Nice smooth and steady All you have to do is breathe Notice the body sinking deeper and deeper and deeper into your space Not yet,
But in just a moment I want you to notice your eyelids Not yet,
But in just a moment those tiny muscles in your eyelids will relax so much And I'll ask you to open your eyelids But they'll just be so heavy and so relaxed That you just can't open your eyelids Not yet,
But in just a moment I'm going to count down from 10 to 1 And when I reach 1,
I want you to try to open your eyelids But they'll be so relaxed you won't be able to open your eyelids 10,

1 Now try to open your eyelids And they're so heavy,
They're so relaxed That you just can't open them You're so relaxed,
They're so heavy That it's impossible to open your eyelids And send that relaxation to the rest of your body,
Each and every cell in your body Send that relaxation to each and every cell,
Every muscle fiber in your body Sinking deeper and deeper and deeper into your body And deeper into a relaxed state Telling yourself,
I am relaxed Sinking deeper and deeper Whole body relaxes now Body so relaxed you can barely feel your breath,
You can barely hear your breath And any of the sounds in the room relaxes you even more and more Into a constant state of bliss,
A constant state of tranquility A constant state of oneness Knowing you're exactly where you need to be Not yet,
But in just a moment I'm going to count down from 10 to 1 again And you're going to relax even 10 times as much as you're relaxed right now Not yet,
But in just a moment When I count down from 10 to 1 You'll relax 10 times more 10 times more than you're relaxed right now 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Relax 10 times more now Sinking deeper and deeper into your space Feel the silence in your body,
Feel the bliss,
Feel that tranquility Sinking deeper and deeper each and every breath you take Telling yourself,
I am safe I am secure I am enough I am safe I am secure I am enough Whole body relaxes into the space I am safe I am secure I am enough And allow your mind to slowly fade away,
Allow the body to slowly fade away Into deep state of rest,
Into state of sleep Relax in the whole body Each and every breath you take sink deeper and deeper I am safe I am secure I am enough Thank you so much for meditating with me Namaste
