Buddhist meditation involves the concentration of the breath, body, and any sensations that may arise. Vipassana in Sanskrit means "Insight," and so this practice will offer you an interconnection of awareness to the body, mind, and soul.

The Buddhist practice for mindfulness is called Vipassana.

Vipassana involves observing your thoughts and emotions as they are,

Without holding or judging them.

To begin,

Become relaxed yet alert.

Take a scan of your body.

See if you can become 5% more comfortable where you are.

Allow yourself to be with what is.

Notice what you're experiencing in this moment.

Use your breath as a compass to help balance the waves of emotions and sensations that may come and go.

Throughout this meditation,

You will hear three bells.

The first bell to begin our meditation.

The second bell after the first five minutes of mindfulness.

And the last bell to mark our 10 minutes ending our practice.
