
Updated Yoga Nidra/Final Relaxation To Bliss Out To (Sleep)
The Final relaxation (Yoga Nidra) at the end of my yoga sessions was recorded as a standalone meditation. it can be done seated or lying down - and just feel into your body and relax in the tranquility of your breath (and my voice)... Many benefits but just to list off a few: lessen insomnia thereby improving your sleep, take a break from the incessant thoughts, release tension and pain re-connect to yourself.
