Let us sit in stillness,
Focusing on being like the open sky melting into the awareness of love.
Allow yourself to be in the stillness of silence and observe your body as it is in this present moment,
Sensations,
Sounds,
Emotions,
Thoughts,
All the experiences that ebb and flow as you feel into your body in this present moment with all that arises and falls.
Allow yourself to observe that in this moment of being aware,
Your consciousness is receiving all these experiences,
Feel your breath breathing itself,
Aware of the sensations in your body as they arise and pass in this moment of movement of thoughts,
Emotions,
Images,
And sounds.
Allow yourself to rest in the peaceful movement of your breath and all that it brings to your life.
