We can create the world we want to live in.
It's as simple as changing the questions we ask of ourselves or universe or God,
Whatever your belief system is.
This meditation is all about changing the narrative in your mind.
So instead of asking questions such as why does my life stink or why am I broke?
It's time to focus on the abundance in your life.
I would now like to invite you to take a deep breath and shake off the thoughts that limit the abundance in your life.
So you can literally just shake out your arms and move your chest to like a mini kind of head nod,
Shaking off anything and then allow yourself to settle into a position that's comfortable,
Allows you to be alert and attentive.
Think of the universe as being your mirror.
Visualize yourself in this mirror.
Take a moment to imagine lifting your right hand.
What do you see reflecting back to you?
Here is where I would like to invite you to take three deep breaths as you mentally cast off the past and work your way into a present that will be full of prosperity.
As mentioned in the prelude,
We need to shift our focus to the positive,
Thereby changing the internal dialogue and have it reflect.
So now I would like to invite you to think of the following questions and as you think of these questions,
Remember that what we put out to the world comes back to us.
The first question,
And you can reframe these in whatever way you want,
Can be,
Why do I have so much financial wealth in my life?
Why do I feel so content in spite of the storms that rage externally?
Why am I surrounded by so many generous and caring people?
Why am I so healthy and look so young and vibrant?
Before we end today's meditation,
I invite you to try this meditation every night.
Feel free to rewrite questions that resonate for you and remember to be specific in your questions.
Keep these questions handy so that when you're meditating each morning,
You meditate in a dynamic state.
Namaste.
