Namaste.
Once you make yourself comfortable and gently close your eyes,
Please bring your awareness to your breath.
Letting the breath flow in and out.
Letting the breath flow in and out.
Let's gently deepen the breath together.
Breathing in for four seconds and exhaling for the count of six to eight seconds.
My instructions are just a guide.
So if you need to take a breath before my guidance,
Please do.
Now when you're ready,
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly and deeply out from your nostrils or your mouth.
Inhale deeply again.
Exhale slowly with comfort and ease.
Please take a last deep breath in.
Exhale.
Please return to the natural rhythm of your breath and notice if your body feels more relaxed.
And if any sensations arise as a result of this.
Namaste.
You I'd like to now invite you to shift your awareness from your breath to thinking about something that you are grateful for.
A person or opportunity or just a simple fact that you're listening to this meditation and giving yourself much needed me time without the narcissistic aspect to it.
And even if you are being selfish,
It's OK to use this time to recharge.
Step back from the chaos,
Lights and joyous noise to embrace a little internal silence.
Bring your awareness to any sensations also that might arise,
Tingling or warmth.
Perhaps being grateful for the friends and family in your life.
Take a second to visualize each of them.
And feeling that gratitude in your body and observing how that makes you feel.
Something you feel and feel,
Something you feel,
Something you feel,
Something you feel,
P loneliness,
Something you feel,
Support for fit,
P health,
Thank you.
Think about the subtle opportunities in your life that may have presented themselves as mini miracles.
Please allow yourself to embrace this internal stillness,
Giving you a chance to recharge as you slow down,
Pause,
And just be.
Thank you.
I'd like to invite you to now contemplate how you would like to spend the holiday season so that you can set an intention where there's a greater appreciation or gratitude for the holiday season.
Take a moment to decide how you would like to show up for this holiday season and make a note of it somewhere so that you can stay focused on it or use it as a reminder.
What appeals to you during this holiday season?
What are the things about it that make you smile or happy or feel a sense of joy?
What are the things about it that make you smile or happy or feel a sense of joy?
What are the things about it that make you smile or happy or feel a sense of joy?
Whether you are alone or spending the holiday with friends and family,
Please allow yourself a moment of gratitude,
Shifting the focus to a positive energy that will serve you best,
An energy that will allow you to glow and bask in the holiday season.
Namaste.
