Let's make ourselves comfortable.
And we'll take a few deeper breaths as we become comfortable place our body somewhere we can rest.
If we're seated let's lengthen our spine a little bit next time we inhale and as we exhale soften into our chair a little bit.
So we've got lots of room for our breath.
We're tall but not rigid.
Physically comfortable,
Mentally alert just like for driving.
And we'll take a few deeper breaths.
Might have a little fidget,
Make sure our body is comfortable and allow it to rest for a moment.
Let's see if we can gently draw a little breath a little deeper into our lungs.
Allow our belly to move a little more.
But we'll do this in a really gentle fashion we don't want to force anything.
Just allowing that breath a little deeper.
The breath might become a little slower.
A whole system starting to slow down a little.
I'm watching the breath flow as we do that feeling how it feels.
If our mind wanders we just return to the breath and the body.
Just feeling the peace of nothing to do for a moment or two.
Giving this time to ourselves for our recreation and our restoration.
I invite you to bring your attention to your feet.
And feel the connection to the earth through your feet.
Feel you are made of earth.
Remember you're made of the same stuff as the earth.
With a divine spark at the centre.
Sometimes when we're anxious when we're running around it can help us to ground to feel that connection with the earth.
So feel how that feels to renew that connection with the earth.
And as you breathe it might like to imagine energy running from you into the earth.
So exhaling down into the earth a little and inhaling back up.
Allowing the breath and the energy to flow through the soles of your feet.
Or any other way that feels right for you.
Good morning mother.

Thank you for breakfast.
Allowing our breath now to flow through our heart.
So visualising any way that is comfortable feels right for you.
The breath flowing in and out of around the space around our heart.
Maybe it goes back and forth,
Maybe it goes some other way for you.
So the breath is still comfortable.
The body comfortable.
And allowing that to give our heart a little bit of a dust.
Energizing it,
Clearing out the cobwebs,
Opening our heart.
We can imagine that energy in our breath,
The prana.
Energizing our heart.
And we can set the intention to open our heart to the world.
Which is not an easy thing to do.
It's very courageous.
But if we like to,
We can set the intention to walk on this earth in this chaos with an open heart,
Open to our fellow beings.
As everything around us to see what happens.
Showing it's possible to be in this chaos with an open heart.
So because there is peace here I invite you to feel your heart space.
Let's see if you sense peace here.
So but in we don't have to do this alone.
At this time of incredible difficulty it is my belief we have the wind in our sails.
We have unseen supporters and helpers.
Divine guidance waiting to be invited in.
We each have free will so we need to invite that help if that is our wish.
So if you would like to we can each ask for divine help,
Support,
Holding peace in our heart.
Support from the highest vibration,
The highest Christed light.
Our faithful guardians,
Any angels or ascended masters who would like to invite to be with you.
Imagine they are with you.
I feel their light,
Their frequency around you.
So try to accept whatever happens when you do that.
Flow with it.
So and if you would like to we can invite in a tool that the divine has given us which is the violet flame.
And that can help us be cleansed so you can imagine this flame which will not burn you coming into your space.
A beautiful violet colour.
What does this violet flame does is it starts to burn away everything in your being that is not love.
Anything that separates you from love.
Because if you have a little fear,
A little resentment,
A little anxiety,
There are things left that separate you from love.
So you may invite in the violet flame and imagine it.
Purifying your heart,
Your mind,
Your space,
The space you're in.
Thank you.

Gently allowing the breath to flow through the heart.
With ease and comfort.
With our divine guardians around us.
When there's a place of peace and strength we can dream.
What is it that we intend for ourselves?
May we hold the energy of peace.
Let there be no fear or hatred in our hearts.
May it start with me.
As if I invite it in and let it ripple out from me.
So inviting in more peace,
Divine love,
Joy.
Even,
Even in these times of uncertainty.
Even then,
Let it be in me and let it ripple out into the collective human space.
People will feel it.
So and if I lose that peace because I may,
I may know it's here when I return to it.
May I remember and return to it.
And I might choose the job of holding peace in this time of darkness.
Hold the light.
And having set the intention for myself,
What do we dream in for the humans?
All,
All the people.
May all the people,
All the people be filled with loving kindness,
Divine wisdom and peace.
May we all be healthy and happy.
May we all live in abundance,
Trust and gratitude.
May we all love,
Be loved and have joyful service.
And our hearts go out to the people that don't have this.
To the people who are afraid.
And we may set the intention that when we see these people,
We can use that mantra or something like it for dreaming peace,
Love and joy.
And may there be peace,
May there be love.
And then as you watch the news,
As you hear the fearful stories,
You can hold the energy of love and peace even in the midst of the storm,
Of the chaos.
You may be able to and if you can't,
Don't beat yourself up because it's difficult.
May we return to peace quickly.
When we bring to mind people who we would label the aggressors,
May they have peace in their hearts.
May we hold no fear or hatred towards them,
Not a trace in our hearts.
May they have love and peace in their hearts.
May there be love.
May there be peace.
On the in breath,
May there be love.
On the out breath,
May there be peace.
May there be love.
May there be peace.
Love.
Peace.
Love.
Peace.
Peace.
So leave this place,
This sense of peace,
This feeling of love.
We may choose to set the intention.
But henceforth each breath we take,
We choose love and peace.
And when we forget,
Because we will forget,
We'll forget over and over and we'll remember over and over and we'll return to love over and over.
And when we be reminded,
When we forget,
We'll be reminded by our divine supporters.
So I will take one or two deeper breaths and feel our body becoming energised,
Becoming mobile,
Starting gently to move,
Gently stretching and allowing that gentle movement to start to return us to our regular waking state of consciousness.
But that love,
That peace,
Still residing in your chest.
It is always there.
Always there.
We just need to find it again when we need it.
