
Gong Practice For Mental Clarity

In uncertain times, we seek clarity and guidance. It's so tempting to turn to trusted friends, mentors, outside 'experts'but the clarity and guidance we really need comes from within. Access that today by connecting to your trueself and bring relaxation and clarity to your being. Tune in for a combination of sound, guided meditation, Gong and drum. A little bit of everything with the highest intention of supporting deeper transformation.

And allow yourself to imagine a golden white bundle of light above your head.
This golden white bundle of light connects you to your higher self,
To your infinite energy,
To clarity,
To tranquility,
To relaxation,
And to a part of you that's much larger than what you come in contact with on a day to day.
I want you to breathe in that energy source and that light from above,
Like it's a column of unlimited waterfall of energy rushing through you.
So as you open up your face and open up your top of your head,
Face it and allow yourself to breathe into this unlimited source of just pure love.
And as you exhale,
I want you to allow that to spread through every single part of your body starting with your face,
Your shoulders.
Breathe that in.
And as you exhale,
Let that expand,
Relaxing the back of your neck,
Relaxing the back of your shoulders.
As you exhale,
Release as well any tensions,
Any stuck energies,
Any self doubts and burdens that you may be carrying consciously or unconsciously at this moment right now.
And as you exhale,
Allow those negative energies to run down your spine into the center of the earth.
Imagine that you have a big white root,
Just like a tree root growing all the way down and down and down.
So as you breathe in that golden white light,
Breathe out down that root and let go of anything that you're unhealthily attached to,
Anything that you want to let go.
Breathe into the vibrations of the gong and allow that to guide you as well as you breathe out and let go of the tension in your arms.
Breathe into your back.
And release all the tension in there too.
Release the tension in your thighs and your ankles and the back of your head and between your temples.
Breathe into those areas and release.
Allowing any emotions,
Any thoughts to come forth that are stopping you from achieving what you want to achieve.
Allowing those emotions to come forth from feeling the intention that you set today.
Call forth and allow yourself to show you or even feel whatever is stopping you from moving forward.
Imagine a big black hole in the center of this room sucking away like a vacuum cleaner of a million watts,
Sucking away that energy and transmuting it.
Feelings of I'm not good enough,
Feelings of what's happening,
Feelings of I want to feel loved,
Fulfilled,
Feeling of why,
Any past emotions.
Just let that all come to the surface and breathe it out and release it.
Confusion,
Resistance.
Breathe into that.
And then exhale that allowing this time big blue and purple flames,
Burn them away as if you're sitting in the middle of these flames.
Breathe into that and release.
The sense of questioning all these questions,
Self doubt,
Not sureness,
Uncertainty.
Breathe into that.
And then releasing,
Tuning into what it is that you're feeling right now and breathing more deeply into it.
Let this emotion expand.
Invite it to come forth.
This emotion that wants to be released.
Positive or negative.
Allow yourself to breathe through this,
Accept it and allow it and approve of it.
Allow yourself to feel it.
Is it in your face?
Is it in your body?
Can you hold onto it and just breathe?
Allow yourself to connect with this feeling.
And the pressures.
Or the rules that you're forced to play sometimes without even knowing.
Release that too.
In your out breath,
Release it and your in breath,
Breathe in that bright white shining light.
Allow that waterfall of light this time in a column washing all of this away.
Allowing whatever to come through,
To come through as you breathe through that light.
Release whatever needs to come through.
Good job.
Anything that's holding you back,
Breathe into that and allow that to come through.
Anything holding you back from being connected to your true self,
Your true relaxation,
Your true satisfaction.
Breathe in and release.
Deep breaths in.
Allow yourself to really connect to that deeper sense of comfort from your higher self.
Feel the love that is much deeper.
Breathe that in.
That gentle,
Maternal love that always supports you.
Always here for you.
Knows your capabilities and knows who you are and what you deserve.
Everything.
Everything that you want.
If only you can be clear.
As you continue breathing in deeply,
In and out.
I want you to also notice that there's a part of you that's ready to emerge.
A part of you who's incredibly,
Incredibly powerful and focused on creating the reality that he or she wants to create.
There's a part of you that just instantly connects with your own inner self and is able to live and breathe and experience the world through that part of you that just has infinite abilities to see things through whatever it is that you want.
I want you to welcome that part of you out.
Breathe into your heart from your spine.
And allow yourself to welcome that part of you out.
Breathe like that part of you breathes.
Feel in your body like that part of you feels.
Even relax your face or have the facial expressions as that part of you feels.
I want you to bring yourself in a timeline,
Imagine yourself a couple months out,
Maybe three months out.
And you're able to live your intentions at a 10 out of 10.
And see that door in front of you just before you step into that reality.
Taking deep breaths as you prepare because in a moment we're going to see what that looks like,
10 out of 10 intention.
In a moment I want you to open that door and step through.
Seeing whatever is in front of you to come through,
Whether it is a feeling in your body or a picture in your mind.
What does it look like when you have that?
Breathe into that.
I want you to turn the color of the screen of you having that brighter and brighter.
Hear the sounds that you hear in that scene.
And allow yourself to really feel and be that times 100 more.
And let that fuse with you now.
It may be a feeling,
It may be a sight,
It may be an audio sound.
It doesn't matter.
Whatever it is that you're connected to right now is the right thing.
It's perfect.
All you need to do is just breathe as much of it as possible into your body.
This is what you need,
Your medicine from yourself.
Flow,
Breathe in flow,
Breathe in ease.
Breathe in the sensations of appreciation.
Gratitude,
Centeredness.
Notice if there's anything that is tight.
You want to breathe through that as much as you can to releasing that block.
You can put your hand on it if you need to and just direct the energy and the breath to that area.
And also you can breathe in the vibrations of the gong to direct it to that area.
Just do some healing for yourself.
So in your space right now,
Breathe in that golden white light again in your chest and in your heart.
I want you to expand with each out-breath and expand this version of yourself that you are now,
Filled with your intention.
I want you to expand it through this room.
Fill every part of this room with you.
At your highest self and your highest beingness.
Next,
Take another deep breath and expand this higher version of yourself into the city.
Fill this whole city up with you.
Fill this whole city up with you.
Another deep breath.
Fill this whole city up with you again.
Next we're going to take another deep breath.
Fill this whole country up with your highest being.
Inspiring everyone else who wants this to also have it.
Breathe in.
Now feel the whole earth with you,
Your highest version.
Next breath,
The whole universe with the energy that's unique to you,
That's unique to your highest self.
Keep breathing in and out.
Now I want you to fill up the entire Milky Way and expand however dense or however thin you want.
Feel yourself expand larger and larger outwards.
And with that,
The last breath,
Direct your attention to either your water or the strength in front of us in the middle here right now.
Feel the elixir,
The kombucha,
Or the water in front of you.
Breathe into yourself.
Direct your attention at its highest level into the strength.
Three breaths.
And one last breath together.
In and out.
Allow yourself to slowly,
Slowly come back to this room.
Wiggling fingers and toes like little spiders in your nose.
