
Healing For Heartbreak, Letting Go, & Moving On (Shamanic Drums)

Heartbreak, heart pain, needing to let go and move forward in your life - all of these can be healed from this somatic and visualization meditation with some soft shamanic drumming. Follow along and experience the healing that you truly deserve.

Hi,
Welcome to another meditation.
This is Hany,
And today we're going to do a meditation on healing.
Healing matters of the heart and moving on and moving forward,
Especially so for you if you have heart pain and or you need to move on from something to move forward and to go into the future with more hope,
More centering and more grounding.
So whenever you're ready,
Let's do a quick stretch first,
Raising your arms to the top,
Taking a deep breath in as you also align your sit bones to the floor or on a chair,
Allowing your legs to be 90 degrees.
Allow your body to breathe in that first big breath into your body as you raise your arms to the top and out to the side.
Exhaling all that doesn't serve you,
All that's in your energetic field and all that's in your emotional field.
Raising your arms to the back of you,
Clasping your palms,
Stretching out,
Raising your chin up,
Shoulders down,
Taking a deep breath in to your chest and exhale.
Now palms facing upwards on your knees or mid thigh,
Whichever suits your position.
Spine vertebrae stacked on vertebrae,
Allowing your spine to rotate a little or make a little circular movements just to ease up the tension in there.
Continuously breathing in and out,
In and out into your belly.
Deep long breaths.
Now imagine the golden white light from above,
300 feet above,
300 floors above even,
Just as high as you can imagine,
Shining down from you to you from that golden white source.
This is Pachamama universal energy,
Any source energies that you believe in and you're connected with.
And most of all,
This is unconditional love.
I want you to breathe that feeling in,
This energy that has created worlds and created experiences and is involved in all living things.
Breathing that unconditional love in.
Opening your body up to receive that light.
And as you exhale,
Allow that to expand in your body.
As you also release everything that doesn't serve you anymore,
Especially in your heart,
Down to the center of the earth,
Through a big white route to the center core of the earth.
Breathing in white light.
And as you exhale,
Releasing all pains,
Burdens,
Hurt into a fire,
Blue and purple fire that surrounds you.
Imagining all the pieces of regret,
Of feeling of abandonment,
Of feeling of waste.
Irrational fears,
Hopes destroyed,
Whatever they may be.
Just ask them.
All parts of me that feel pain,
That feel like it's difficult to move on,
That feel resistance,
That feel anything that doesn't need to be here anymore.
Breathing into that.
Release it into the space,
Into the fire and into the center of the earth.
Continue taking deep breaths to connect with all the parts of you that want to be let go of,
No matter how much attachment there may have been before.
All the good memories,
Thank them and send gratitude to all the good times.
And let go of whatever's holding you back.
Continuously connecting to your heart,
Allowing that air to breathe right into it.
Healing all broken parts,
All parts that need support.
And releasing all the tight bound energy and emotional energy that's been attached to old,
Significant times,
Old memories,
Past moments.
May be joyful,
May be glorious,
May be amazing.
Yet,
Ones that need to be let go of.
Thank them for what they were.
Thank them for being a part of you.
Breathing in and out,
Breathing in the healing white light.
Releasing what needs to be let go of.
Continuously doing this as you connect with your heart and connect with your body,
Asking forth all that needs to be let go of.
Connect to the part of you that you have felt certain.
May be you need to release some of these holding on to the things you thought would have been may be parts of you that have been broken.
Allow everything that wants to come through to come through.
Acknowledge them for what they are and really allow yourself to feel it as you breathe into it and release it.
Heal into the heart center.
Making sure your back is still straight.
Breathing in.
Allowing all the emotions that want to come through to come through.
Allowing all the feelings,
All the pain,
All the joy that once was to come through.
As you hear the soft drum beats,
Allow that to also support the feelings from coming through and connect deeper and deeper within.
Breathing in.
Allowing all the emotions that want to come through to come through.
Allowing every part of you that wants to mourn,
That wants to grieve.
To feel the full extent of what there is left in this area and also allow yourself to acknowledge every piece that wants to be let go of whether that's in the recent past,
Present,
Or distant past a long time ago.
Any and all feelings of heart pain,
Pain in your body,
Memories,
Anything that wants to be let go of,
Just allow that to rise forth breathing into it.
Allowing yourself to feel the freshness of moving energy in your body as you release and you release and you release.
Deep breaths.
Breathing in.
Allowing all the emotions that want to come through to come through.
Allowing every part of you that wants to mourn,
That wants to grieve.
Allowing yourself to continuously breathing in and out using a ha sound to release anything that wants to be let go of.
Calling all of the things,
All of the feelings,
All of what needs to be let go of right now,
Right here,
Today.
Please come forth and allowing the healing process to accelerate,
To begin,
To be activated.
Breathe in.
Continuously,
Fully allowing yourself,
Fully giving yourself permission to heal and move forward in your life.
Maybe it is something that needs to be let go of right now.
Maybe it is something in the past that doesn't matter.
Feel into the desire to continue with a new version of yourself.
Connect to your highest self,
White light.
And breathe in a version of yourself that is ready,
That's already hopeful,
That's already feeling flow in the body,
Energy in the body.
Breathe that in.
Ah.
Ah.
Welcome in the new version of you,
The part of you that has already healed,
Part of you that has already moved on,
The part of you that's willing to come with you on this journey forward.
Breathe that in.
Ah.
Ah.
Allow yourself to forgive all that you can control.
Breathing in that forgiveness to yourself and all the things that you could control or could have done.
Breathing in forgiveness.
And exhale and flood your body with it.
And again.
And again.
Breathing in unlimited compassion and unbounded compassion for yourself.
Breathe that in.
Expand it as you exhale.
And again.
Ah.
Breathe in the part of you that knows that you've got this.
Breathe that in.
And allow yourself to move forward,
Allow yourself to flourish,
Allow yourself to find life,
Aliveness,
Joy and happiness.
And the feeling of being loved by yourself and others.
Fill yourself up with this 10 out of 10 healing and self-love.
Whatever it feels like,
Sounds like,
Looks like,
Just breathe that all in.
Ah.
Put your palm on your heart and allow yourself to send infinite love and healing to yourself.
As much as you can.
As you slowly,
Slowly ground yourself back into this room,
Allowing yourself to open your eyes gently.
And remembering that you can always come back and do this again.
For as long and as many times as you need to continuously return back to love,
To love yourself,
To know that you are loved.
