Take your first deep breath from the top of your head,
Down your back,
Relaxing every part of your body as you relax and release the air.
Deep breath in,
And then as you relax,
Imagine your entire body just falling into the ground while being supported by the infrastructure of your body.
Breathing in and release.
You want to gently even leave your mouth open and release,
That's also fine.
Breathing in and out.
Gently placing your palms facing upwards.
Back of your hands and knees or thighs,
Adjust them so that they're really relaxed.
Imagine little nostrils on the face of your palm breathing in as well.
Your wrists relaxing as the air flows through your wrists and your upper arms.
All the way to your shoulders and then down your back.
As you exhale,
Allow the air to grow and glow inside of you as you take another and another and another breath in.
And at this point I want you to also imagine a beautiful,
Beautiful,
Beautiful,
Beautiful light swirling above you.
This light connects you to your unlimited energy source,
Your heart,
Your deeper knowing,
That everything is not only okay but exactly the right place to be.
Everything is just the right way.
And as you breathe in this light,
This deeper sense of knowing,
I want you to allow that to share with you the comfort that you might even feel knowing that everything functions in your bodies and in your cells exactly the way that it can.
Maybe even better,
Maybe even more optimal as this white,
Bright light enters in your system.
Breathe that in.
The original blueprint of your health and your well-being,
Allow that to be uncovered beneath all that has entered you.
And awaken that part as you breathe each breath in and as you exhale,
Just let that spread through your body and release all tension.
Also allow the vibrations of the gong to move through you with your breath as if you're breathing in each sound that you hear into your cells,
Into your heart,
Cleansing,
Imagining each breath breathing in the white light.
And then in each out breath releasing any heavy gunk or darkness into the center of the earth.
Imagine a big white root growing from the bottom of your butt into the center of the earth.
And with every breath you breathe in white,
Fresh light,
And every out breath you release the heaviness,
The parts of you that are resisting,
Resisting abundance,
Resisting maybe some things that you know that you need to release.
Take a couple of breaths and start processing whatever wants to be released.
Tune into emotions if they are available to tune into and just breathe them in.
And as you breathe out allow that to expand and that emotion,
Whatever you feel,
Just be with it.
Allow yourself to really tune into whatever wants to be released,
Just allow it to show itself.
You can ask multiple emotions to show at the same time just say whoever wants to come,
Whatever wants to be released please come through and I accept and love you.

Whatever you need to do to breathe into it and then as you exhale allow that to expand and escape through the roots or you can even send it to the candle in the room and it burn away.

It'll burn you away.
From your back,
Imagine there being a blue and purple flame.
It's a huge fire,
More like it burning right through your body from the back of you.
This is a fire of protection,
The fire of rebirth and death from some parts of you.
There are some times when we change and we need to release a part of ourselves that may not be needed on this path anymore.
If there's something that's blocking you from moving forward or moving at a pace or in the state that you want to,
Invite that part of you to join us.
You don't have to feel or you don't have to know,
But if you do,
That's okay.
All you need to do is just breathe and trust that you know exactly what you need to release in.
Breathe into yourself or that part and release it with your breath into the flames of fire that's waiting to have it back into Mother Earth.
Think for all that it's done for you to protect you,
To be with you all this time,
But also noticing that it's time for it to be free.
Breathe into that and say farewell to this part that has so held on to you so dearly,
Even at the expense of you sometimes.
Sometimes things need to change.
It's okay.
Within yourself,
You may ask,
Is there anything else that we'd like to be released?
You may get a yes or a no.
Before that thing may already appear and you already know what it is.
Whatever it is,
It's perfect.
Is there anything else that needs to be released that's blocking me from my true abundance,
From my confidence,
From my power,
Anything else in me,
In my body,
In my psyche?
Please come forth.
Breathe through it.
That's right.
Keep breathing in the white light as you guide this part of you to be released into the fire,
Into the center of the earth,
Through your root.
Just leave your body.
Any tensions,
Release them.
Breathe into them and release.
Every last bit,
Like a huge gravitational pull,
Just let that go.

You can go from sensation toεΩΨͺik,
The seal is a little light to There's a part of you that really,
Really loves you.
I want you to get in touch with that part of you.
See if you can find it,

In your body.
Where does that part live?
Breathe and allow that part to show itself in your body to you.

Breathe into that part and allow that part to grow inside of you.
I want you to lift one palm and feel or touch that part,
Where that part lives inside of you.
You can raise one of your hands and get connected to where that part is.
Breathe into it.
With each breath that you breathe,
I want you to also notice what is the color of this part of you.
What is the texture?
What kind of consistency is it?
Density?
And if it did have a voice,
What might that voice be?
I want you to imagine yourself dancing.
The song that that part has.
What kind of dance might that be?
How would you move?
You can see it in your mind's eye or you can feel the freedom in your body.
I want you to breathe into that part and start noticing how it feels.
What have you merged and allowed that part to flow through you?
The part that's always in flow,
Always connected.
Breathe through the nose that that part has.
Feel through the fingers and the palm that that part can feel.
How does it feel?
I want you to ask that part what its name is.
If it can tell you anything,
The first thing that pops in your mind,
What's your name?
And how,
What's doing needs,
What would it take to have more of you in my life?
Ask yourself.
Ask that part.
What part of me and my body do I need to release?
What part of me do I need to release in order to have more of you in me?
It might give you a physical indication.
It might remind you a part of you in your body that you might have ignored for a while or not really paid attention to.
Ask it.
Is there something in my body that I need to pay more attention to in order for you to be more a part of me?
It might light up.
Maybe there's a little feeling in your body that you might notice.
And then what I want you to do,
I want you to gather the source of the energy of that part of you in your hand.
As you breathe into that hand.
And breathe out into that hand,
The source of that.
And then imagine a big circle in front of you.
Like a balloon.
You just want to blow it up with all that part of you,
Knowing that that is connected to an infinite source,
Just like an electrical plug into an infinite future.
Blow up this big ball in front of you.
And I want you to put every intention that you have for yourself in here.
With every breath,
Put one more.
The most calm that you can ever feel.
Breathe into that.
And release and put it inside this bubble.
The most flow you can ever have.
The most unattached control that you can ever be.
The most trust that you can have in yourself.
Anything else that you want.
And whenever you're ready,
You can use your palm that's so fully charged.
You can send that ball into the kombucha,
Into the water.
Using your breath and send it.
And then the next breath,
Send it to this room,
To all of us in this room.
And then in the next breath,
I want you to breathe into this intention even more.
Embody this intention,
Every part of your body.
Feel it.
You may put your hand down if you still have it up.
Full body breath into this intention as if you're already living it now.
Send it to all human beings and living beings on this planet if they can benefit from this too.
And allow them to feel this with your in breath.
And your out breath.
Imagine every person being touched who also needs what this intention holds.
When the globe and the healing of the planet in yourself.
All suffering.
Acknowledge it,
But also allow it to heal.
Feel so connected to your inner self.
This part of you that always knows that we have each other's back.
Physically embrace this energy that you have within you.
The part so big,
Yet so easily.
In the past forgotten.
But this time it will be different.
Allow yourself to welcome it as much as you can and allow it to be a part of you this year,
This month.
To be really by your side,
Your best friend that you know always with you since birth.
Give her a chance,
Give him a chance to be with you in this journey of life.
Open yourself up to this reunion.
This beautiful opportunity to re-embrace yourself officially again.
