Good evening,
Welcome to another sleep meditation with Honeys.
Here to bring to you a beautiful healing sleep that allows you to connect with your higher self and allow you to download and receive whatever it is that your purpose is as well as heal all that's meant to be healed in the sleep tonight together.
So as you relax in your comfortable position whether that you're lying down or you're just doing a meditation before you sleep allow yourself to really get comfortable whatever position that you might be in and as they hear different sounds allow yourself to breathe into those sounds and your surroundings or maybe on this recording and allow them to remove or dissolve any tensions that it might resonate with or any tensions that your body has and allow each and every little tiny sound or thought to relax every tension every notion every thought to release and relax deeper and deeper as you breathe in and out and in and out.
Allow yourself to come to deep breathing breath work,
Tight breath,
Inhaling all the way to your belly big deep breath and as you exhale releasing every single tension and worry out of your body and your system breathing in every single golden white sensation that you can from 300 floors up above.
Imagine that that connects with a higher source with a more universal consciousness your bright light and as you exhale release every single negative emotion whatever you can at the moment that you're present with.
You don't have to know specifically what they are anything unconscious and conscious just let that go.
Raising your arms to the top or around you stretch your body out taking deep breaths as you fill yourself up with golden healing white light.
And as you release allow each and every part of you to sink and release and let that be absorbed by the center of the earth.
Continue breathing in deeply in and out allowing your body to really release all of the day every single thought and trusting that you can clear and neutralize and let go of all the worries of the day and all worries of this space and time.
Give it back to Mother Earth and allow her and the greater universe to hold onto those for you or dissolve them if they can be let go for good.
Allowing yourself to breathe and to remember to breathe deeply whenever you hear a deep breath and go deeper and deeper into your meditation as you exhale and inhale.
As you exhale,
Go gently as loud as you can if you want just so you can release every vibration that needs to be let go of trusting your body that it knows exactly what needs to let go.
Trusting the natural rhythm of your body as you breathe and all the goodness and all of the comfort and peace that's here for you today.
And releasing every unloved,
Unwanted,
Unnecessary part of you.
Set it free.
Every part of you and every part of your higher self that knows that you are a magnificent being that you are exactly where you're meant to be right now in whatever life process that you're in.
Breathe into that loving knowing.
As deep as you can,
Even if it makes sound,
It's totally fine.
Reach out for that breath and let that fill you up.
And as you exhale,
Let that expand throughout every single cell of your body.
And as you breathe in again,
Allow more of that to go into your body and this time expand it into the room.
Even if you miss some of these words,
If they're too fast or too slow,
It's totally fine as long as you continue breathing in and out,
Breathing in the good and release the bad and expand the good.
Allowing yourself to expand not only into this room but into this building or this house,
Wherever it is that you're in.
Releasing all attachments to all unnecessary,
Unneeded people,
Things,
Thoughts,
Worries.
Imagine those cords or those things that are attached to you to be plucked out and burned by blue and purple flames as you exhale.
As you breathe in,
Imagine big flames,
Blue and purple,
Surrounding you,
Sirenning and waking up all parts of you that need to be let go of so that it can help you release and burn away.
Calling for those parts to step forth,
It's okay to be released.
Let the sirens of the blue and purple flames call forth from your heart.
Whatever needs to be let go of,
Let it out and blow it into the blue and purple flames.
Let her burn away and dissolve and put to ashes what once was and no longer needs to be here.
Continue breathing in and out,
Inviting in peace and happiness,
Whatever extent you can feel it at the moment from up above.
Ask it to show me.
Let me breathe in the happiness that I know that you know and that we all know that we have the potential of feeling.
That peace within that happiness and contentedness as you release,
Allow yourself to release all the vibrations and all the thoughts that don't resonate with it.
Breathing in love,
Heartfelt,
True love,
Connecting with your highest self,
Your highest source,
Whatever you believe in.
And breathe in that sensation of ultimate,
Greatest love,
Understanding,
Non-judgment.
And release.
Breathing in even more unconditional,
Unjudged,
Perfect understanding and resonating love right into your heart to heal all the wounds that sit there.
Whatever wounds and scars that are ready to be energetically dissolved,
Let those release into the center of the earth through a pit of fire at the bottom of your butt or your body.
Breathing in love,
Healing love,
And release.
Pain,
Suffering,
Hurt.
Breathing in love to the whole body.
And as you exhale,
Release and expand that love throughout every organ and every tension you feel in your body.
All parts that are blocking you from feeling love to step forward to indicate themselves as you breathe in love to those areas.
And then with the fire,
Burn away those blocks,
Knowing that it's okay to open up.
Learning the lessons you've learned along the way,
Trusting that you don't need to know specifically what they are,
But absorbing whatever lessons intuitively you need to and trusting yourself you can do it.
And release the strongholds or the barriers to feeling loved and peace.
Breathing in forgiveness for all that you're ready to forgive,
Especially to yourself.
And as you exhale,
Send the pieces of forgiveness to all of the people who you need to forgive.
Maybe one person,
It may be yourself,
Or it may be an arbitrary amount of people.
You don't need to see their faces or know who they are,
But just know that you are sending that out to those you're ready to forgive.
Do it again.
Breathing in forgiveness and exhaling and expanding that forgiveness to the room and to the people who you meant to forgive.
And again.
Allow parts of yourself to show you who these people are,
If there are specific people,
Allow your unconscious mind and invite him to show you.
And as you breathe in,
Breathe in golden white light of healing energy.
And as you exhale,
Share that with them.
Doesn't mean you agree with what they did or what has happened.
Just let them go from your conscious mind and from the attention that you may have been holding on to whatever negativity may have caused in your heart.
Just let it go,
Knowing that what you need in this connection is to release.
So both of the energies can be free,
Especially your own.
For whatever reason you feel like you can't fully forgive,
That's also perfectly fine.
Just allow yourself to forgive as much as you can.
And then with love and on their way disconnected from you in this particular area,
You may choose to cut off the connection completely or you may choose to just let the negativity that's connected in the past to be set free.
Let that go.
Allow yourself to fall deeper and deeper into relaxation as you continue to forgive every part of your body,
Sending love to every part of yourselves.
Breathing in that sensation of true and full forgiveness of all the wrong things that you've done,
You may deem it's wrong.
Imagine releasing all that's here that need to be let go of.
Allowing each breath and each sound to soothe or bring up any other things that need to be let go of and use your breaths to let it go.
In each breath,
Soothing yourself to sleep into more and more peaceful sleep.
These 2 exercises will continue throughout this presentation.
Letting whatever thoughts to come up to show up and as well as let them dissolve in that big cauldron of blue and purple flames.
With every horn and every sound that you hear,
Allow more and more thoughts to surface and be let go.
Notice if there's annoyance,
If there's irritability,
Breathe into those feelings and let go.
Allowing every bit of you to feel more and more connected to your highest self,
To your highest purpose.
And allow each breath you take as you continue breathing in deeply and out.
Fulfill yourself up with healing and purpose and light.
Whatever that feeling might feel like and what that sensation might feel like to you doesn't have to be a thought or a concrete answer.
It can simply be a feeling of peace when you do know your purpose,
Your highest calming,
Your highest love.
Whatever it may be that that universal unconditional love wants to show you,
That your highest version of you wants you to feel tonight,
Just breathe into that connect with that bright golden light and fill yourself up with that in deeply.
Exhale,
Expand,
Breathe in deeply again.
Exhale,
Expand and continue breathing in and out,
In and out until you've fallen swiftly asleep into your dreams.
Connect with that golden light and continue letting go in and out.
In and out.
