Welcome.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to settle,
Supported by the earth beneath you.
Shuffle in your seat as often and as much as you need to,
To find that true comfortable spot.
And let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let your shoulders drop,
Your jaw soften and your hands rest gently.
Give yourself permission to just be.
There's nothing to fix here,
Nothing to strive for,
Only a soft return,
A soft return to yourself.
And another deep breath in through your nose and slow,
Soft exhale through the mouth.
As the sound vibrates around and within you,
Allow each note of the crystal bowl to be a reminder,
A reminder that you are safe.
And begin just to follow the rhythm of your breath.
Exhale,
Release tension.
Inhale the belief in yourself and exhale what no longer serves you.
Continue that breath.
Inhale,
Welcome and ease.
And a gentle exhale,
Releasing any tension.
Inhale the belief in yourself and exhale what no longer serves you.
And exhale,
Bringing your awareness to your body.
Feel the air around you brushing against your skin.
The weight of your body grounding you down.
And that subtle pulse of life moving through you.
Place your left hand on your heart and your right hand on your belly.
And repeat after me.
First,
Just in your mind's eye silently within yourself.
I choose to trust myself.
I choose to listen to what I feel.
And then whisper out loud after me.

Allow them to arrive within you.

Notice the pleasure of breath entering your lungs.

Letting them soften.
Notice the warmth of your body.
The temperature of the breath as you inhale,
And how it changes when you exhale.
Notice the rhythm of your inner world.
There is beauty here.
There is sensuality and slowness.
There is confidence in your presence.
Invite that energy,
That quality,
No matter how challenging it might feel.
Invite that energy in.
Breathe in and out as you feel into the beauty,
The slowness,
And the confidence in your pure presence.
And repeat gently now,
Inwardly or aloud,
Choose whichever one feels best.
Repeat this to yourself.

And to say even more affirmations.
Repeat it after me and then repeat it to yourself as often and as quickly or slowly as feels right for you.
In between each affirmation,
We will take a pause.
A pause of silence to really allow that vibration,
That feeling and sensation of the words to stay with you,
To resonate with you,
To integrate themselves into your being.
To repeat it out loud or whisper it to yourself at least once.
And then repeat in your mind,
Allowing each word of the affirmation to settle deeper into your being.
There's no need to force anything here.
Just softly receiving that energy of each word.
