You're going to start a letting go meditation.
This can be used as a meditation during the full moon,
A perfect time for releasing and letting go.
Or at any time,
Any moment in your life where you feel that you have extra tension,
Extra stagnant energy or anything that you wish to release.
Or just see if there's something that could come up for you to make it a little bit lighter for yourself.
Begin finding a comfortable position,
Seated or laying down somewhere where you'll not be disturbed,
But also where you won't fall asleep.
Begin to slowly close your eyes or finding a soft gaze and just breathe naturally.
As you inhale,
Breathe in fresh oxygen,
Positivity.
And as you exhale,
Give yourself permission to let go,
Permission to release.
Without changing your natural breath,
Just become aware of the fresh oxygen flowing with positivity into your life.
And with each exhale,
Inviting yourself to let go of any tension or worries.
Letting yourself relax and release any busy mind chatter.
Realising being present here in this moment,
It's okay if some thoughts come up.
That's very natural.
And if any thoughts do come to your mind,
Just bring yourself back to my guidance.
Begin becoming aware of any sounds around you.
And gradually drawing those sounds closer and closer,
Like a ray dubbing.
Sounds closer until you become aware of the sound your own breath creates.
Calm and centred.
Be here.
Be now.
Take a moment now to become aware of your physical body and any tension you might be holding onto physically.
Take a moment to become aware and observe.
Aware of your straight spine and your deep inner strength that holds you upright.
Letting your mind travel up your body from your feet towards your head.
Pausing to let go of tension where you feel it.
Your hips.
Belly.
Shoulders.
And forehead.
Release.
Relax.
Notice that release tension.
Your muscles more relaxed.
Notice that inner rod of strength that holds you upright as your body is relaxed and at ease.
Ask yourself now.
What can I let go of right now?
Listen to what comes up without judgement.
When something comes up,
Just gently become aware of it.
Observe what comes up.
What can I let go of right now?
Ask again.
What do I need to let go of in this moment?
What do I need to let go of in this moment?
Go further by asking and what else?
What else?
Have you ever had an injury?
Feel into an area of an old injury.
Are you willing to let go of protecting this area?
Notice your belly.
Are you willing to let go of eating habits and patterns that are not serving you in the heart area?
Are you willing to let go of past hurts done to you or by you?
Connect with the area around your throat.
Are you willing to let go of the restrictions and beliefs that are holding you back from sharing your message,
Your truth?
Everything that you let go of served you in the past.
Gently bring your hands in front of you,
Creating a little cup with your palms and collectively gather all those things into your hands.
Thank them for serving you in the past.
Thank them for being there.
Thank you for happening when they needed to happen.
And now release them.
Release them with love.
Release them with compassion and gratitude.
Notice again the feeling in your body of lightness and ease and rest.
Trust that you can keep this feeling of ease as you go pursue your dreams.
Bring your hands together now towards your heart center honoring yourself.
Let's take a closing last deep breath together fully releasing and letting go.
But this is not the end.
This is just the beginning.
I invite you to journal or stay here in this silence for a little bit longer.
Even after this meditation has ended,
To gather your thoughts,
Maybe put them on paper to release and let go.
And for now,
Bringing our hands together,
Take a deep breath in and release it as you let go.
