Let's take a journey together through the chakra system,
Bringing your attention to the base of your spine,
To your root chakra,

Feel the connection to the earth beneath you,
Stable,
Solid,
Holding you and gently affirm to yourself,
I am grounded.
I deserve to be here and breathe into that knowing.
Let it settle into your bones.
Moving your awareness gently up towards your lower belly,
Just underneath your belly button,
Your sacral chakra,
Svadhisthana,
The space of emotion,
Of pleasure,
Of fluidity and gently affirm to yourself,
I honor my feelings.
I allow myself to feel ease and joy.
And let the energy here move like water,
Gentle,
Flowing,
And free.
Gently bringing that focus a little bit higher,
Just above your belly button,
Your solar plexus chakra,
Your manipura,
The seat of your personal power and confidence.
And affirm to yourself now,
I trust myself.
I have a right to take up space and feel that warmth at your core,
A quiet strength,
Steady and alive.
And then gently shift your awareness a little bit higher,
Up towards your chest,
Your heart chakra,
Anahata.
And let your breath soften this space.
Feel your heart expanding gently.
And affirm to yourself,
I am love and I am enough.
Let this truth ripple through your body.
Moving gently a little bit higher,
Awareness now at your throat center,
Your throat chakra,

The center of your voice,
Your truth.
So affirm with that voice to yourself,
I express myself with ease.
I am heard.
I deserve to be heard.
No pressure,

Your voice matters,
Even in silence.
Moving upwards towards that space between your eyebrows,
Your third eye chakra,

Anjasak chakra,
The doorway to your intuition and inner wisdom.
So affirm,
I see clearly and I trust what I know.
Breathe gently here and allow clarity to arise from within.
And then finally bring your attention to the top of your head,
A place of connection to something bigger,
Your crown chakra,
Sahasrara,
Connection to presence,
To peace.
And affirm,
I am supported and I am part of the whole.
Let yourself rest in this spaciousness.
And take a deep,
Grounding breath into the body.
And a slow,
Complete breath out.
Whisper softly to yourself,
