Use this meditation to bring awareness into different areas of your life. Observing how each feels, to build awareness into which areas are needing more balancing. Use this as a meditation to visualise but also receive answers from within. Rather than thinking and analyzing, just let yourself observe what comes up. Take a journey into a house, with rooms in it, each room symbolising a significant part of your life. Use this meditation to notice one room, and tomorrow a different one.

I'm about to take a journey together to explore bringing awareness into different areas of your life and different focuses and themes in your life.

Let's begin by you just setting yourself up comfortably,

Finding a seat,

Maybe supporting your back,

Your knees,

Maybe something underneath your sitting bones,

Or you can even lay down for this experience.

Just making sure you're comfortable so that you are not distracted by anything in your body and can really just observe and witness any answers come through to you.

Now this meditation will be followed by a journaling practice so I do advise that you have your journal and pen ready,

Maybe a candle lit and just set up your environment,

Set up your space in a way that can be supportive of this journey and supportive of this meditation together.

So I'm hoping that you're sitting comfortably now,

Lying down,

Just in a comfortable position,

Closing down the eyes and let's take three breaths together to find ourselves here.

Deep breath in through the nose,

Exhaling out the mouth.

Deep breath in,

Filling your body up with joy and exhaling out any tension,

Any heaviness,

Let it go.

One more nourishing breath,

Exhaling and just going back to your natural,

Natural breath.

And I advise that you use this meditation to look into just one area of your life.

Maybe make a list before you continue,

Make a list of things and focuses you want to bring in or just allow it to come to you.

And I invite you to begin by just imagining a house,

A home with a lot of different rooms in it and you're standing at the front of the beginning of a corridor.

As you walk through the corridor,

You can see the different doors opening,

Doors to different rooms.

And each of these rooms,

Each room represents a significant part of your life.

These rooms include but are not limited to maybe self-care or work or passions,

Relationships or explorations.

And as you're in that corridor now,

Just choose one,

Choose one room,

One room to go into.

Walking into that room,

Opening the door to that significant part of your life.

Walk into the room and just notice how it feels about that part of your life as this room.

How does it feel to be there?

Does it feel vibrant?

Is it full of light?

Does it feel dark?

Dusty or maybe empty?

Does the room feel outdated or in need of organisation?

And take a moment to consider what do you give to this room?

And what does this room give to you in return?

Take a second to just observe and witness any images,

Any feelings and sensations that come up about this room,

About how it feels to be standing in this room.

Your guides want every room to be somewhere you love spending time,

Where the energy you give matches the energy you receive.

They want your house as a whole to feel balanced,

Supportive and inspiring for your life,

To be a whole true reflection of your soul.

So let's spend another minute in this room just observing how it feels to be in that room.

Just one room.

Really take it all in.

That one part,

Significant part of your life,

Don't analyse or push answers to come or expect it to be a certain way.

See if you can just witness it all,

Experience it all.

Visualise it all and sense it,

Sense it all.

As you witness this room,

Sit here for as long as you need.

When you feel ready to make some notes,

Take some words or phrases down or feelings,

Sensations or images that came through,

Even if they don't make any sense to you right now,

Write it down and write down which room it was that you walked into.

And then I advise you tomorrow to sit with this meditation again and walk into a different room.

Maybe choose the same room to walk into to see what shifted,

To see where you're at,

To truly become aware of where you need to bring more balance in your life and how.

Thank you for meditating with me.
