Join this Cacao Blessing Meditation for your own Cacao Ceremony. Enjoy this ceremony solo or as a group, it will work for both. Cacao is the medicine of the heart, to open up, release and show you what you need in that moment. Prepare your sacred cacao drink (using ceremonial grade cacao) prior to starting then sit back, follow along and allow Cacao to guide your experience.

We will bless the cacao together, and afterwards drink. Taking the first sip together.
