When we find ourselves stuck in life or feeling victimised, the remedy is always, simply, a shift of perspective. We must always remember in times of disconnect and distress to see all occurrences, people, and choices in our lives from the perspective of our higher self, meaning through the lens of Divine love. This meditation guides you back to your Self, and your heart space, and helps you see things from a different perspective.

Welcome to this meditation.

In today's meditation we'll be expanding our vision,

We'll be changing our perspective.

Because yes,

Very often when we find ourselves stuck in life or feeling victimised the remedy pretty much always is a simple shift of perspective.

So let's get ourselves settled,

Seated comfortably or you can even lay down for this meditation.

If you're seated then make sure your spine is upright,

You've got space to breathe in your chest,

The back of the neck is the elongation of the spine.

Your legs are comfortable,

Shift in your position a few times just to really make sure you're comfortable.

Begin to slow down the breath and begin to close your eyes.

Take a second to notice your breath,

Just observing it,

Witnessing it happen,

Not changing anything about it,

Just allowing it to be there as it is.

Witness,

Observe with no judgement,

No assumptions,

Just allowing it to be.

Maybe you can realise and notice if it's feeling a bit shallow or deep,

Whether it's elongated or short.

How's the breath for you right now?

Let's give ourselves some space to take three more nourishing,

Deeper cleansing breaths.

Breathe in through the nose,

Exhaling out the mouth,

Breathing in,

Creating space and elongation in the spine and exhale out,

Release any tension from your shoulders,

Your jaw.

One more deep breath in and a beautiful nourishing and loving exhale out.

Take a second to just go back to the natural breath.

Does it feel any different?

How does the body feel?

The legs,

The torso,

The arms,

The head.

Notice if you're holding any tension anywhere that maybe you can relax and ease a little bit.

As you gently come more into your body,

Into yourself,

Bring your awareness to a glowing ball of light just above your head,

A glowing ball of light.

Notice its colour and how does its energy feel to you?

Aware of this glowing ball of light just above your head,

What colour is it?

How does this ball of light feel to you?

Witness that,

Witness the colour,

Witness the energy.

How does it feel?

The glowing ball of light just above your head.

Stay with this glowing ball of light,

Stay with the awareness of this glowing ball of light and follow it as it begins to slowly move up,

Moving up through the ceiling,

Up through the roof of your home.

The same ball of light following it,

Go up through the clouds and into the skies,

Above your town,

Above your city.

Stay with this ball of light and observe from that space,

From that point just above the clouds in the sky.

Observe your surroundings from that perspective.

What can you see,

What can you feel now that this same glowing ball of light that was just above your head a moment ago is now all the way up?

How does it feel?

Let something change about it.

Staying with this ball of light and noticing this ball of light beginning to slowly float back down,

Inch by inch,

Down through the clouds,

Down towards your city,

Your town,

Towards the street that you live on and down through the roof of your home,

Down through the ceiling above your head,

Until it arrives back above your head,

Following it along.

Notice this ball of light now starting to move downwards,

Down through the crown of your head,

Down through your third eye,

In between your eyebrows,

Down to your throat and landing softly in your heart.

This ball of light still glowing softly in your heart.

Begin to notice that there is something in that light in your heart,

Something or someone you love most in the world.

It can be anything,

A special memory,

An activity,

A pet or a loved one.

See there's something or someone in that light that's in your heart.

Seeing there's a love light radiating in your heart,

With your heart,

With the energy of your heart.

Stay with this for a few moments,

Maybe even smile,

Feel the warmth,

The love.

There's a love radiating in the light of the energy in your heart.

Staying and allowing this beautiful energy to remain in your heart.

It's always there,

That ball of light.

Begin to slowly come back to your body.

Noticing how the body feels,

The breath.

Taking a few deeper breaths and maybe just bringing some very slow and gentle movement back into the body.

Rolling your shoulders,

Your neck and gently and softly guiding your hands onto your heart.

Where this loving glowing ball of light is held.

Keeping your hands on your heart.

This perspective that this ball of light travelled through from just above your head to up in the skies down to your heart.

Holding this something or someone that you love most in the world.

Carry this,

Carry this perspective with you throughout your day,

Throughout your week,

Throughout your time,

Whenever you feel you need this the most.

Come back,

Come back to this ball of light that's there,

It's always there.

Whenever you are needing to come back into expanded vision of your heart.

To shift your perspective,

To tune into your love light.

Knowing it's always there.

Take your time now to sit with this for another few moments.

In your own time slowly come back,

Grab your journal.

Just take a moment to journal about your journey that you just took,

That we just took together.

Come back.

You.
