this was fantastic. i’m always looking for guided meditations on here that don’t have music and allow more room for silence than guidance. this was perfect. adding this into my bookmarked rotation!

A very pure meditation. Normally, I don't like bell sounds at the beginning and end of meditations but your bell sounds so wholesome. I brings me joy to hear it.

A hands off awareness meditation. Allows you to become at ease with just being and watching everything spontaneously arise.

Very effective is supporting letting go of all that I may hold onto during meditation. The breath, the thoughts, the feelings,the bodily sensations. Deeply touching.

Wow! I asked the universe to lead me to a meditation this morning and it too me straight to this! Wonderful! Soothing voice, good content, nice pauses. If there were background noises, they were indistinguishable from those in my own environment.
