Presence,
And stability.
To make your way down into the body,
Imagine your awareness,
Your attention becomes a warm,
Slow,
Heavy,
Luminous nectar like honey but made of light.
Your attention like nectar flows slowly from your head down your neck and spreads through your chest into the shoulders,
Collarbone.
Breathing from your shoulders down your arms,
Through your hands,
And into your fingertips.
Flowing from your chest through the heart area.
Down your torso.
To your belly and hips.
Flowing from your hips down your thighs,
Through your calves,
And into your feet and toes.
Slow,
Luminous,
Heavy,
Golden.
Pooling and finding stillness where your body meets the cushion or the chair.
Steady,
Solid,
Grounded,
Stable.
Your body is still,
