Good morning,
My friends.
This is a morning meditation,
And through this practice,
We will awaken our body and also set an intention for today.
And whenever you feel ready,
And coming back to this body,
And you might still lie on the bed and trying to get up,
Or you might already sit on the chair and savor the coffee.
So wherever you are,
Just be aware of your body,
The whole body,
The posture,
The lying or sitting posture,
And the aliveness of this body.
And you might move to your breath.
Wherever you feel on your body,
Maybe the abdomen,
The belly,
The rising and falling away,
Or the nostrils,
Cold air enters,
Warm air comes out,
Or somewhere else.
Very fresh breath.
And then you may slowly,
Gently,
Be aware of each part of your body and soften them.
So after sleep,
Our body might feel a little bit tight.
So you might just start to soften the feet,
Muscles on the legs,
The back,
Whole back,
Softly.
And the shoulders.
Now with your each out breath,
You might just release the tension on your shoulders.
And now maybe move to your face,
Softening the facial expressions.
And you might bring a slight smile into your lips,
Smiling to this moment,
This morning.
And it's a new day,
A new beginning.
And no matter what has happened yesterday,
Yesterday,
No matter how is your sleep.
And see if it's okay to invite an intention to come,
To arrive in your heart.
What do you want for today?
You don't have to figure out what do you want for your life.
Life is like a flowing river,
We cannot figure out.
But maybe we can have an intention for today.
And you may want to slow down and have a mindful breakfast,
Or you might want to be more kind to yourself today.
So the intention can be general or specific.
It comes from your heart,
Not your head.
So listening to your heart and setting an intention for today.
So my friends,
This moment the intention is still an idea,
And we have 24 hours and to make it alive.
Have a wonderful day.
Thank you.
