Today we'll connect you to the earth grid.
You can feel easeful,
Abundant,
Clear and safe.
You can do this meditation outside while actually sitting or laying on the earth or indoors imagining yourself connected to the earth.
I invite you to close your eyes and take some gentle breaths in and out.
Feeling your shoulders relax and feeling the weight of your body comfortably resting on the surface beneath you.
Feeling the place where your body is making contact with the surface beneath you.
If you are sitting or laying on the earth,
Feeling the place where your body is touching the earth.
Or if you're inside,
Feeling where your body is making contact with the surface you're on.
Breathing in and out and visualizing or feeling a root from your body connecting you to the earth beneath you.
Saying in your mind or out loud,
I am on the earth.
I am on the earth.
Taking some breaths in and out as you feel this point of connection between you and the earth.
Feel this rootedness and groundedness.
Now saying in your mind or out loud,
I am of the earth.
I am of the earth.
Taking some breaths in and out as you feel this.
You are made of the physical substance of the earth.
Breathing in and out and feeling this.
Now visualizing or feeling your root energy center at the base of your spine.
And as you take some breaths in and out,
Feeling your root energy center spinning coherently.
Saying to yourself or out loud,
I am safe.
I am grounded.
I am abundant.
I have everything I need.
Feeling your root energy center spinning coherently.
Now visualizing or feeling your earth star energy center,
Which is about eight inches or 20 centimeters below your feet.
Feeling your earth star energy center connected to the earth.
Feeling it resonating beautifully at the 7.
83 hertz of the earth.
Feeling energy flowing smoothly from the earth into your body.
Breathing in and out and feeling this.
Feeling yourself receive nourishing energy from the earth into your body.
From this point of connection,
Taking a moment here to become aware of your diaphragm.
This muscle that supports you to breathe easily and fully.
Feeling your diaphragm here.
It might feel fluid and open or it may feel tight and contracted.
If you feel unsupported and are holding some emotion in your diaphragm.
Taking a breath where you feel your diaphragm expand fully.
Almost as if you're stretching your diaphragm outwards.
And then on your exhale,
Letting it relax.
Breathing in this way a few times.
Where you feel yourself stretching your diaphragm open to its full capacity on your inhale.
And feeling your diaphragm relax on your exhale.
And what you're doing here is releasing any energy that's been contracted into your diaphragm and stored there.
Keeping that area of your body in contraction rather than letting it be in a state of connection and reception.
Breathing in and out.
Letting your diaphragm stretch open to its full capacity on your inhale.
And letting it relax on your exhale.
Any part of you that had stopped breathing with your diaphragm.
Any part of you that had stopped feeling safe in your body.
That had started to move up to your head.
We welcome all of that down into your body again.
Feeling yourself breathing fully,
Softly,
Freely with your diaphragm.
As you do so,
Feeling that it is safe to be here.
Fully inhabiting your body.
Connected to the earth.
Breathing in and out with your diaphragm.
Feeling yourself connected to the earth.
And now that your body feels more open and receptive.
We can support your body to release anything it's been carrying and let it be absorbed back into the earth.
You don't have to carry anything in your vessel.
You can let everything be absorbed into the earth.
And you can live in lightness.
In the joyful safety of the present moment.
Feeling into your vessel.
Feeling everything that is not you.
Everything that is not your energy.
Feeling it flow gently down into the earth.
Letting the earth smoothly and easily absorb it all.
Breathing in and out.
Letting yourself feel this gentle clearing process.
If there's a specific part of your body that wants to make contact with the earth.
Or a specific movement your body wants to make.
Let yourself move in any way that feels right for you.
Breathing in and out.
As the earth absorbs any energy that's not harmonious to be in your body.
Feeling your body soft and receptive.
Living in connection to the earth.
Feeling that you are connected to the source of life itself.
Feeling how soft and safe your body feels as it lives in this trust.
In this safety.
In this abundance.
Breathing in and out.
Feeling this.
And whenever you feel ready.
Gently opening your eyes.
Continuing to feel your connection to the earth.
As you take in the space around you.
As this meditation begins to come to a close.
Your connection to the earth remains.
As many times as you need to.
Intentionally connect to the earth again.
Until you live in full remembering.
And you can feel the full peace and abundance and safety that is your birthright.
