It's a new year and everybody's talking about it.
Everybody's talking about new year,
New me.
But we're already in mid-January and a lot of people have forgotten what they promised themselves.
A lot of people have forgotten what they wanted to do.
Maybe you haven't.
Maybe you did start the gym.
Maybe you did start doing what you wanted to do this year.
But what I would like to remind you today is that it's never too late.
It's never too late to do that something that you've always wanted.
You can start the gym at the end of the month in February,
March.
It's never too late to start studying again if you want to change your career.
It's never too late to do something you have always wanted to do.
If you've always wanted to draw,
Do it.
Look for a class if you want to take a class.
Don't think that you're too old to draw,
You're too old to color.
Don't limit yourself because time doesn't really exist.
It's just something that humans have created to measure a day.
So don't think that you're too old to do something or maybe that you're too young or that it's too late.
It's never too late.
Don't limit yourself.
Don't tell yourself that you can't do it because you can.
You can do so many things if you just change your mindset.
Yeah,
You cannot do it in one day.
Maybe you didn't learn how to color correctly,
But if you keep trying and if that's what you really want to do,
Then do it.
Don't say that you were not born to do it.
You can always learn.
That's why today I want to challenge you to set a goal.
Set a goal for February or the next month.
Set a goal for yourself.
Set a goal and make sure to reachable goal,
That achievable goal.
It's not something like super crazy.
No.
Set a goal for yourself because you can do it because it's never too late because it's not just because it's new year,
New me.
No.
It's your life.
Don't live your life limiting yourself or expecting for that miracle.
No,
You also have to do it.
You also have to move.
So today I'm going to ask you to just close your eyes.
Sit in a very comfortable position like always.
Take a huge deep breath in through your nose.
Feel the air coming inside your body and breathe out.
One more time.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Do it again.
Take a moment to connect with yourself and ask yourself what you want to reach by the end of the month or by next month,
What do you want to do?
If it's join a gym,
Do it and congratulate yourself.
But connect with yourself and just ask yourself what do you want to do?
Okay,
I want to brush my teeth every night.
All right?
So close your eyes and be with yourself.
Now that you have set a goal,
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel the air.
As you come back to the present moment,
Become aware of where you are,
What you're doing.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Just remember to congratulate yourself once you have achieved that goal.
Please write it down so you can see it.
Write it down on your phone as a wallpaper,
Have it there.
And when you have accomplished it,
Congratulate yourself,
Take yourself out to eat,
Buy yourself something,
Do whatever you'd like to just show yourself that you can do it.
You can do it.
