Today's mindfulness challenge is very easy.
Just become aware of what you're doing.
So for example,
If you're driving,
Well,
Actually drive.
Actually be there.
Actually be in that present moment.
If you're working,
Well,
Look around.
Actually be there.
Be in that office or be in that place where you are.
Just actually be wherever you are.
Observe the place that you are in.
Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Take a moment to be there.
Live the present moment.
Don't worry about what happened yesterday and don't worry about tomorrow.
Just be with yourself right now for a minute.
Observe.
Look around.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Of course,
Breathe in and breathe out with awareness.
And when you're ready,
Just thank the universe for where you are now.
Because right now you are where you're meant to be.
