Welcome to the intimate connection with yourself and with others.
We tend to believe that we are taking care or loving ourselves just by making sure that we eat right or we keep a personal hygiene and exercise routine.
And these are all necessary activities that come from appreciating yourself and probably from loving or liking the life that you are here to live.
However,
When you don't know your value,
Your self-worth,
And that means loving and accepting every part of you,
You will more likely doubt yourself.
Do you know your value?
Do you forgive yourself when you fall short?
Or when you have not succeeded at something in a relationship or a job or a difficult conversation or a specific goal?
The ability to meet yourself right where you are comes from self-love.
The ability to accepting and forgiving yourself right this moment comes from self-love.
And the messages we tell ourselves as well as the messages that we have stored in our subconscious mind from parents or teachers,
Siblings,
Love relationships,
They are all the perceptions of someone else.
Yes,
Listen closely,
Those messages that you have stored are messages that belong to someone else's perceptions.
From what they saw in you from their experience and what they interpreted from you in their own heads.
So what does that tell you?
What we are seeing about ourselves is a reflection of other people's perspectives and a reflection of our clouded minds which may hold ideas and images about a self that's not there.
In order to see this more clearly and experience the real you,
We are going to relax,
Ask and receive.
So follow my voice and I will guide you through a relaxation to see something that you may have not seen before.
Become aware of your breath and let the breath relax you deeply,
Little by little.
See and feel the body getting lighter and lighter as you breathe deeply.
I will count from 5 to 1 and when I get to number 1 your level of relaxation will have tripled.

2 and 1.
Good.
You feel so relaxed that you can start to see your thoughts fading away.
In fact,
Your old and acquired ideas and thoughts that aren't helping you start to lift off.
They leave your mind and your body and they fall into the ground to be transformed by Mother Earth.
Ask your guidance now or your source of love,
God or the Universe to help you with this so you can trust that it's safe to let go of all the messages and ideas that aren't helping you love yourself unconditionally.
Those messages that you heard growing up or maybe recent ones too.
Ask that they leave your body,
Your energy field right now.
Now I want you to do one more scan and feel if there is an area in the body or a persisting memory that you can see or feel.
Can you see how this doesn't belong to you?
Can you see that this is an interpretation based on temporary behaviors or images from you?
You are always changing physically,
Emotionally and no aspect of you has stayed the same.
The only thing that remains intact is the one who experiences,
The observer behind all of those experiences,
The one behind the scenes and that is you.
That is the part of you that has not changed,
That will not change and that is who you want to see when you stand in front of the mirror,
The unchanging part of you,
The part of you that you can love unconditionally.
So I am going to ask you to turn your attention towards your third eye.
This is an energy center located between your eyebrows and feel the energy coming from a little spot of light that emanates from this energy center and you can locate this energy center and you can feel it as well.
Allow for this energy center to emanate its light outward in all directions,
Up and down,
In front of you and behind you,
To both sides of you.
From this center you can perceive the world and yourself as it really is,
As the unchanging part of you.
See yourself now and feel yourself now,
Without the flaws,
Without the winds,
Just as you are.
What is there not to love?
From here it is easy to love yourself,
To see your self worth.
Stay here for a few moments,
Bathing yourself in this energy and in this love.
You can bring your attention back into that energy center between your eyebrows and begin to deepen the breath and make a mental note on how it felt when you were not evaluating,
Judging,
Considering your flaws and your winds,
Just your energy.
You can begin to move the body gently and open the eyes when you are ready.
