Welcome.
In this meditation,
We will create intimate connections with ourselves and with others.
And we already know that what others see in us is an interpretation that comes from their experience,
From their own heads,
Based on their success and their disappointments.
And it has nothing to do with who we truly are.
In the same way,
Our relationships and the people around us are a reflection of us.
They are a representation in our minds from our accumulated experiences and how we perceive them based on our success and our disappointments.
So how can we change our perception from the important relationships to make them deeper,
More intimate and more meaningful?
We started this journey with ourselves by noticing who we truly are and the unchanging presence that exists in us and that cannot be shaken.
And then we worked on giving acceptance and compassion to the perceived imperfections that we saw in ourselves.
In this meditation,
We will observe how the perceived imperfections that we see in others also can come from our mind creation,
From the mind making sense of our reality.
Notice your body and feel the subtle movements created by the breath.
Make yourself comfortable and close the eyes.
Now feel your heartbeat and the tiny movement created by the heart.
Send your breath to this space and feel how the heart area expands to welcome love.
Deep breath.
Call to mind a relationship you would like to deepen or maybe you'd like to see through a different lens.
And with your eyes closed,
Bring this person right in front of you and look into their eyes.
And regardless of what you've experienced together,
Go back to day one when the relationship was starting or when you felt more connected with this person.
Stay looking into their eyes for a few moments,
Bringing back the memory of the feeling that started this relationship,
Letting go of the replay of unpleasant memories and bringing back the true emotion that started the relationship.
This is real.
If it feels alright,

Whisper,
I am sorry.

Repeat the prayer for one more minute or stay in the presence of the original feeling that brought you two together.
With a soft heart and kind eyes,

You can now deepen the breath.
Feel and see a shower of light coming from the top of your head and cleansing your physical body and your energy body from any tension.
Anything that is not serving you or this relationship is washed away.
Move the body slowly.
Being kind to yourself and opening the eyes when you're ready.
This is a very high practice and what you've done here will help you overcome any obstacles that stand between your own love to yourself and the love that you're capable of giving others.
