You can allow your system to start to let go the fight or run mode.
You can allow your system to let go the shut down mode.
Slowly begin to relax your body,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Relax your palms.
Allow your whole system to unwind in this special to you,
Safe and peaceful place.
As you let go stress,
Tension,
As you arrive into your body,
I invite you to take a look to your inner world.

Take a breath and intentionally choose peace.
