Dear one.
My name is Plata de Souza and this is your 8 minute meditation journey into an elevated state of consciousness.
Find your comfortable seat and let your eyes gently begin to close.
Place one palm on the top of your heart and take three cleansing breaths with yourself.
And as you arrive I invite you to move into the dimension of your mind and for a few moments witness the activity of your mind as if it was the ocean in the middle of the storm,
Where thoughts are like rough,
Tall waves rising from the big water and crushing down.
Maybe you can sense a tornado,
Maybe you can sense there is a whirlpool of water that is taking you in when thoughts are taking you in.
Notice the activity,
Notice the chaos when mind just goes in many different places like the stormy sea and it's rough,
Dangerous.
Please take another deep breath and allow the storm of the mind to slowly begin to slow down to a gentle movement of the waves.
Allow the thoughts to slow down gently rising and slowly falling.
The storm subsides,
The waters get quiet.
The thoughts as the waves are getting slower,
Less and less rising and less and less falling.
Allow your thoughts to subside as the waves subside into the stillness of the big water,
Becoming the big water,
Flat,
Almost no fluctuations on the surface.
Everything is coming back to stillness.
The mind becomes a still big water.
And now you can explore what is in the depth of this ocean.
Please take a few breaths and let yourself find the deep end of this water.
Begin to descend deeper and deeper into the ocean of the mind.
It is getting quieter,
Almost no noise.
Go deeper and deeper into the depth of the stillness of the mind.
Find the most quiet place under this water and rest here.
May your heart vibrate peace and your mind stay awakened.
