Welcome,

Dear one.

My name is Vlada De Souza and this is your 8-minute meditation journey into an elevated state of consciousness.

Please find your comfortable seating posture and let your eyes gently begin to close.

I invite you to begin with three conscious deep breaths.

Exhale into your nose,

Pause,

Open your mouth and sigh out,

Release.

Breathing into the nose and exhale,

Release out through your mouth.

Take one more breath,

Clarity and ease.

Take a moment to find yourself in the space between your ears and behind your eyes.

And observe your experience in the middle of your head.

And then consciously imagine that this is a room,

A place where you exist.

And I invite you to begin to clear out the air,

The energy in your head.

You may imagine doors opening on the sides of this room,

On the sides of your head.

And all the noise,

All the disturbing frequency just leaking out,

Coming out of these doors,

Coming out of your ears,

Coming out of the sides of your head.

Allow any cluttered feeling to come out.

Allow any disturbing or confusing thoughts to clear out.

And if you wish you may open the ceiling,

The crown of your head to the infinite sky.

You may open the front and back doors and begin to circulate spacious feeling of just being in open space,

Clear head,

Easy mind.

Take here few moments just to let the air flow through the doors,

Front,

Back,

Sides of your head.

Sit with your open crown and let the space become your mind.

You may sense and feel the flow of fresh new energy bringing release into your body,

Bringing ease and relaxation from any tension,

Worry.

Take one more minute,

Sitting open and inviting the energy of clarity,

Peace of mind flow through your head.

And let the body soften too,

Let the body deeply rest while your mind is open and clear,

Bringing all of your system back to ease.

Take long deep breath in and deep breath out.

May your heart vibrate peace and your mind stay awakened.

Take a deep breath in and deep breath out.
