Welcome,
Dear one.
My name is Vlada D'Souza and this is your 8-minute meditation journey into an elevated state of consciousness.
Please find your comfortable seat and let your eyes gently begin to close.
We are going with you on a journey into your grounded presence.
Please take a moment to touch with your hand your belly or your heart.
Re-establish a connection with your physical body and with yourself in this moment and take three deep breaths as you inhale into your nose and as you exhale gently sigh out through your mouth.
Breathing into the nose,
Breathing out through your mouth.
Now pause and allow yourself to feel your feet touching the ground.
Notice the relationship between your physical body and the pull of gravity,
The pull of the Earth.
And with the next five exhale let yourself to let go through your body,
Through your feet and into the Earth.
A feeling of being scattered,
Ungrounded,
Breathing out as you release the energy of floating and being spaced out.
Let any feeling,
Any energy that makes you lose your ground,
Either nervousness or fear,
Overtasking or being in a rush,
Make you spin out and give you a feeling of being disconnected from your body,
From the present moment and the Earth.
Take another two breaths here and let any feeling,
Thought or energy that is keeping you away from feeling stable and grounded be released into the Earth,
Out through your body,
Through your feet,
Into the Earth.
Now bring your fullest focus and attention to the limits and borders of your physical self and feel in your body with your fullest presence,
Attention and your own vibration.
Let your mind align with your physical body and allow yourself to feel and connect with each part of your physical body.
Take fullest control over your mind,
Your conscious awareness and be fully yourself focused behind your eyes.
You are now grounded,
Stable and present.
Take a few deep breaths,
Feel yourself fully connected to your physical body and grounded into the Earth.
May your hands rest on your knees and thank you for this meditation practice.
May your heart vibrate peace and your mind stay awakened.
