Welcome to your chakra healing and empowerment meditation journey.
This journey is not just a quick meditation practice.
I invite you to treat this experience as a journey of soul revival as we will attend to each energy center which represents different soul energy and we will take time to do some healing to your chakra system and definitely take the power back.

I invite you to treat this journey as a sacred journey of tapping into different energies of your soul,
Reconnecting with them,
Healing them and strengthening your spirit.
If you have no idea what are the chakras,
I invite you to have a brief look on the system of our energy centers but you may be sure that on this process I will give you enough guidance and information so that you will know exactly what to do and will be able to follow through.
And if you're ready,
I invite you to find your comfortable seat and it might be something simple as sitting with your feet touching the floor on the chair,
A posture that doesn't need a lot of maintenance,
A posture that will not make your legs or your back hurt in 15 minutes.
So choose your posture in a way that you can be 100% focused on the energy work we are going to do instead of thinking about discomfort in the physical body.
And so now when everything is set and ready,
Let's begin by taking just few long deep breaths.
Close your eyes and slowly inhale into your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Inhale into your nose,
Exhale through your mouth.
Just grounding,
Arriving and allowing all parts of you to recognize that you are in this present moment and you would like to have all parts of you focused and concentrated on the meditation.
Take a moment to just start noticing your presence and internally you can let yourself know I'm here and for the next 30-40 minutes I will be 100% focused and dedicated to this practice.
And with that,
Shall we begin?
Start focusing your attention on the area of your sitting bones and as you focus your attention in your lower body,
With your inner eye,
Move your attention and energy all the way down to the area of your pelvic floor,
Your hips and your legs,
As well as your feet.
Your first chakra,
Muladhara,
Governs all this area.
We also call it Earth Chakra.
And when your first chakra is healthy and working properly,
You feel safe,
Fearless,
Healthy,
Grounded in the present moment,
Stable and secure.
You feel like you belong.
Now,
Take a deep breath here as you keep your attention in your sit bones,
Pelvis,
Legs and feet.
And let's begin to investigate if any of the properties and energies of your first chakra in any way were compromised and we would want to take the energy back.
Inhale deeply and ask yourself,
Do I feel secure or am I in survival?
Do I feel grounded in my body and in my life?
Do I feel strong and stable?
Do I feel like I belong in my place,
In my group,
In this world?
And take another breath.
And as the next step,
I will invite you to start noticing with your inner eye if there are any moments in your life,
Maybe in the present,
Maybe in the past,
That compromised these energies.
And as you will start noticing what is lacking,
You will,
With your intention,
Start calling your energy back.
Inhale and exhale.
I invite you to start calling back the energy of safety and security.
And you might see this energy as golden color coming back to you from moments in your life where this was compromised.
People or events that took away or disrupted feeling security and feeling safe.
Focus on your intention and your breath and start calling back energy that belongs in your first chakra.
Safety.
Belonging.
Sense of security.
Sense of being grounded.
Breathe and let this energy come back as beautiful gold and settle back in in your first chakra.
I'm calling back the power of being safe.
Grounded.
Feel like I belong.
Feel like I can connect it to my body.
I call this back into my first chakra.
Let your energy come back,
Recenter and strengthen your first center.
All the way down from your hips to your feet.
Take another deep breath here and settle back into your first center.
Let it be your strong foundation of your safety,
Your groundedness.
Second chakra,
Swadhisthana.
Slowly relocate your attention into the area of your lower belly and your lower back.
Watch your breathing and let the energy and the sensation start strengthening in the area of your lower belly and lower back.
And the energy of the second chakra is sexuality,
Ability to enjoy,
Ability to have prosperity,
As well as being creative,
Sensual and having access to pleasure.
For most of us,
Our second chakra also carries very healing energy.
It's the energy of creation.
And as I will speak,
I invite you to start noticing if any of these energies are lost,
Disempowered and start noticing what happened in the past that took some of this energy away from you.
Now take another deep breath and stay focused in the area of your lower belly and notice if at any point in your life you felt depleted,
Can't be happy,
Can't enjoy,
Can't feel pleasure,
Low sex drive,
Can't create,
Financial struggle.
Let yourself notice and see what happened,
How this chakra was compromised in a big or small way.
And slowly as you start breathing deeper into your second energy center in your lower belly and your lower back,
I invite you to start calling with each breath your healing creative energy from wherever it was lost or disconnected.
Start calling back your ability to enjoy,
Take pleasure,
Call your energy back as you may see it as beautiful golden light comes back right into your lower back and your lower belly and fills it in.
Breathe it in,
Your permission to have financial abundance and prosperity,
To be balanced in how much you indulge and use pleasure as escape mechanism.
If you are overspending,
Overgiving,
Healing other people all the time,
Start calling the energy of your second chakra back,
Your sexual energy from any partners,
Your creative energy from any projects or business opportunities.
Let it come back.
Feel your second center with bright,
Shining golden light that symbolizes your sexuality,
Sensuality,
Joy,
And happiness.
And now the deep breath in,
And let the energy settle,
Your third chakra.
Bring your attention to the area of your solar plexus,
And as you breathe,
Start noticing the energy of your third chakra.
And this is the center directly responsible for our self-worth,
Our self-worth,
Our self-worth,
Our self-worth,

Our self-worth,
Our self-worth,
Our self-worth,
Our self-worth,

Our self-worth.
Self-esteem,
Inner power,
Boundaries,
Our ability to stand up for ourselves,

And push things forward in our lives.
And start noticing if at any point in your life this chakra was disempowered,
Disempowered,
Disempowered,

Disempowered,
Disempowered.
Did anyone make you feel unworthy?
Have you lost your sense of confidence and self-esteem?
Did anything break your sense of self?
These are the energies we are going to go and call back.
As you begin breathing deeper,
Call your power back from anyone who disempowered you,
Overpowered you,
Or any moment or situation where you lost your self-esteem.
And start calling your energy back as you see it in bright golden light coming back to you.
Give yourself a moment to let it go.
Give yourself permission to have it back,
To have your inner strength back from any conflicts,
Any challenging moments in your life,
Any challenging moments in your life,
Any times you felt less or small or powerless.
Call it back and let beautiful golden energy start coming back right into your solar plexus.
Take it in.
Take back what belongs to you,
Your courage,
Your strength,
Your force,
Your ability to feel good about yourself.
See the golden light coming back right into your solar plexus,
Feeling it up,
Healing,
Returning you back into the state of confidence,
Power,
And control.
Fourth chakra,
Anahata.
Anahata.
Take your attention into the area of your chest from the front and the back.
And as you start breathing into your chest,
Start noticing and recognizing what calls your attention as I speak to the powers of the fourth chakra,
Ability to trust,
To have hope,
To have faith,
Ability to feel safe with other people and feel safe to be in close relationship with other people,
In emotional connection with other people.
This energy center is the center of pure unconditional love,
Compassion,
Trust,
And kindness.
And as you start deepening your breath,
I invite you to start noticing if at any point in your life it felt like you can't emotionally trust other people,
Feel safe in close relationship,
Feel love,
Feel empathy,
And keep your heart open.
Now take few long deep breaths and let your memories take you back in time.
Your memories take you back in time where you might have lost ability to trust,
Love,
Feel empathy and compassion for others,
Experience unconditional love,
And see that energy as beautiful gold and begin to call it in,
Begin to call it back right into your heart center.
Breathe.
Take back your ability to trust.
Take back your ability to trust from any moment in time when it was compromised.
Now you can consciously take it back.
This is your ability to trust yourself and others.
Take back your kindness.
Take back compassion.
And especially if you're noticing or remembering that you gave your heart to someone else and then it was broken or you felt disappointed or disappointed in yourself.
Or betrayed.
This is the moment to call your heart back.
And so now as you breathe,
Let your heart energy come back to you.
Your beautiful,
Sensitive,
Loving human heart.
Let it come back to you.
5th chakra.
Bring your attention into the area of your throat.
Your throat is the center of self-expression,
Freedom of your soul,
Of your spirit.
Your 5th chakra or throat chakra vibrates at the energy center.
The energy of authenticity and freedom of self-expression.
This is your ability to speak your truth.
To communicate who you are.
To bring to the world your authentic energy.
To bring to the world your true self.
And as you're taking few long deep breaths,
I invite you to start calling back your gold.
Calling back moments where you were shut down.
You couldn't speak.
Maybe you couldn't scream.
Maybe you couldn't talk to anyone.
Maybe you have been disliked,
Manipulated,
Or controlled.
These are all experiences that compromise our throat chakra and block our authentic self-expression.
Now take few long deep breaths and start calling your ability,
Your freedom to be who you are.
And let your gold come back to you.
Call it back into your throat.
Your truth.
Freedom of speech.
Call back your power.
If there were moments in your life where you could not stand up for yourself,
Call your power into your throat.
If at any point in your life you had to almost lie to yourself or become someone else,
Pretend,
Act,
Maybe because you were in survival or it was not safe to be who you are and speak your truth,
Right now,
Take your power back.
Call your energy back.
Let your beautiful golden color,
Your energy,
Come back and settle and center and heal.
And settle and center and heal your throat chakra.
Vishuddha.
This is your fifth chakra.
Self-expression.
Now move your attention into the area of your forehead.
Right in the center between your eyebrows.
This is Ajna chakra,
Your sixth chakra,
Which allows you to see,
Be conscious,
Have clarity,
Which allows you to know what you know and have your head clear.
The power of your sixth chakra is your ability to intuitively see things.
To intuitively see things,
Almost to read between the lines,
To have your innate knowing,
To be able to be truly aware and conscious,
Clear about yourself and about things in your life.
And as I will speak,
I invite you to start calling your clarity,
Ability to see,
Ability to know.
I invite you to call it back right into the middle of your head,
To the center of consciousness.
As you begin to deepen your breath,
Go back in time and see if at any point someone confused your mind,
Maybe again manipulated,
Maybe again,
You couldn't see things clearly for yourself.
There was a sense of confusion.
Notice if at any point in time there was a sense of confusion.
Notice if at any point in time your rational mind was taking over and you didn't have access to clear and pure awareness.
Thoughts were blocking anything.
So now as you start deepening your breath,
Call the energy of clarity right back into the middle of your head.
Call the energy of being conscious and aware,
Of being completely clear and let your awareness start centering you and let your awareness start centering itself right in the middle of the head.
Almost your third eye can now open.
Your awareness is waking up.
You are waking up as awareness.
Call back your gold.
Call back your clarity.
Seventh chakra,
Sahasrara.
Bring your awareness right above your head.
You can visualize your crown chakra as an actual crown or as a spinning golden disk of energy.
And this golden disk of energy symbolizes your authority.
It symbolizes you owning your life,
Being in absolute control and awareness of who you are as a soul.
When your crown chakra is activated and open,
You start feeling connection to the totality of existence.
You can call it God.
You can call it higher intelligence.
Your crown connects you to source energy.
Please take few long deep breaths and allow yourself to paint and color this spinning disk above your head into pure gold.
Coming into authority over your life,
Over your spirit and start calling back the energy of being connected to the totality of existence.
Call back your ability to be connected to source energy,
To be plugged into it.
Call back your ability to feel expanded,
Experience oneness,
Experience who you are beyond the physical body.
And so now bring all the gold you can right into the crown,
Sahasrara,
Your seventh chakra and let it slowly open like a thousand petal lotus that sits above your head.
