Welcome to your space of connection and presence.
My name is Vlada D'Souza,
And I'm so grateful to have you here meditating with me today.
Please let yourself find a comfortable sitting posture.
And as you feel aligned,
Safe and undisturbed in your space,
You may gently bring your eyes to close.
Please take long,
Deep breaths into your nose.
Hold the breath for two seconds and slowly exhale out through your mouth,
Relaxing,
Letting go.
Notice if anything is changing in your body.
And then take another breath.
Hold it and let it go.
You have already started to shift your energy.
Now slowly begin to call your attention,
Your presence into the space behind your eyes.
And if you're feeling you're not breathing evenly,
Calmly yet,
Then take a few more,
Releasing,
Deep breaths.
Now I want to give you a fullest permission to spend this time only with yourself.
Allow the whole planet to start to slow down.
Allow the world around you to drop the speed.
As if you're gently pressing brakes on life,
Slowing down.
Notice how your breath is moving through your body.
Notice and feel your own presence in this moment,
In your physical body.
And let the buzz of anxiety,
Worry,
Thoughts to begin to freeze,
To begin to anchor.
Let it all stop,
Putting the world on pause.
Pause.
Pause even more.
And fully embrace your own breath.
Take a minute to really enjoy a sense of stillness.
The whole world is on pause.
And everything that is making you anxious,
Or making you worry,
Or taking your energy,
Let it all just start to move away from you,
Further and further.
Like if the water of all the disturbance,
Problems,
Rush starts to move away,
Creating an oasis around you,
And see how all the disturbances are moving away and you're just on your own island of space and presence.
Nothing is reaching for you,
Nothing,
No one wants anything from you.
This is your space of mental and energetic freedom.
Take a moment,
Feel the luxury of having psychic space for yourself.
Mental space for yourself.
And physical,
Energetic space.
Let your energy begin to change and shift from anxious to a more grounded state.
And you may support your system by beginning to release any tension created by anxiety in your body.
And to breathe it out and away.
So feel it in your body.
Take a deep breath.
And breathe out all the tension.
Let it go.
Let it come out.
Let it be released from your system.
All the need to be always performing,
Achieving,
Running somewhere.
All the performance anxiety,
Let it go.
Let go the tension from not having your place,
Not having your space and peace in this world.
Feel how that might be disturbing you deeply.
Breathe it out.
Let this go.
Let it go.
Breathe out energies of other people,
Their intensity,
Maybe their anxiety that creates your anxiety.
Difficult people affect us on all the levels.
So just sense if you have any of that tension in your system,
Breathe in.
And as you exhale,
Liberate this tension.
Responsibility is a big one as well.
We may feel huge anxiety of caring,
Responsibility for everyone around us.
Just let it go.
Let it leave your space.
Money anxiety,
Having not enough,
Worrying about tomorrow,
How are you going to pay for what you need to pay?
Feel it where is it in your system and the anxiety connected to money.
Feeding your family or providing for yourself.
Deep breath in and let it go.
Beautiful.
Feel what is your energy right now.
Maybe there is a little bit more space now just for yourself.
Bring a nice gentle smile on your face and just smile to all those worries.
And take your time to do one thing at a time.
And step by step,
You will get there.
You start to move and stretch,
Take few moments to let yourself come back from this meditation.
