Welcome,

Dear one.

My name is Plata de Sousa and this is your 8 minute meditation journey into an elevated state of consciousness.

Just find your comfortable seat and let your eyes gently close.

Allow yourself to feel present,

Grounded,

Ready for your journey.

You may place one or both hands on the top of your chest and let yourself take three deep,

Releasing breaths with yourself.

With each exhalation letting go any burden,

Any struggle.

Resisting in bliss means living in a state of zero resistance.

I invite you to notice what are you resisting in this moment.

What feeling are you resisting?

What life event are you resisting?

Where all this energy trapped,

Stagnant,

What is holding you in pain?

As you breathe,

Find one thing that you resist the most in this moment of your life.

Dear one,

I want to give you the biggest permission now to accept fully that which you resist.

Accepted on your mind level.

It is as it is.

Accepted on your heart level.

Take what is.

Open your heart to what is.

Embrace it.

Zero resistance.

And finally accept it in your gut level.

Our stomach or third chakra is the place from where we resist the most that creates tension,

Contraction in our center,

Around the solar plexus area.

This is the place of biggest resistance.

Take a nice deep breath.

As you exhale,

Let go tension and stop resisting.

Accept now what is in your guts.

Accepting doesn't mean giving up.

Giving means bringing ends to suffering.

And now please take one more breath and let your whole body release resistance.

You may now feel lighter as you are coming into zero resistance state.

And let your whole being connect to a state of bliss.

A state of no fight,

No resistance.

Let yourself stay here in your bliss for a few more moments.

Embracing the bliss.

Leaving the bliss.

It is just blissful living.

May your heart vibrate bliss and your mind stay awakened.
