This meditation practice will quiet the mind and awaken the heart. Every time someone is asking to help to find the answers, one most likely already knows the answer. The best answer is coming when we are asking our intuition and follow the wisdom of the heart.

Welcome to your space of connection and presence.

I am Vlada D'Souza and it is a great pleasure to offer you a practice that will quiet the mind and awaken the heart.

You may take your meditative seed and close your eyes and feel your breath moving through you as I will give a short introduction to the meaning and purpose of this meditation.

Every time someone is asking me to help to find the answer to their question,

I say that you most likely already know the right answer.

The reason why we can get blocked to make a decision or choice is because the rational mind takes us down the rabbit hole of the prongs and cones of why yes and why not we should make this decision.

The best decisions are made when we ask our intuition,

When it is not coming from the rational but coming from the resonance of our inner source of wisdom.

So let's get centered in the place of deep inner truth and sense what our soul wisdom has to share with us.

So you may let your whole body feel comfortable and safe in your space.

Take a couple deep breaths as you are letting go your thoughts,

Clearing the energy of the mind.

Notice how your shoulders soften,

Your belly relaxes and the whole body feels a bit more rounded.

Close your eyes and allow your brain to move in and back creating a little bit of a pocket of space between the front lobe of your brain and your forehead.

Soften,

Breathe and greet yourself in this meditative space.

And now you may just take your palm and gently place it to the center of your chest.

What do you feel here?

Don't worry and take your time.

It takes a little bit of time to start changing from the head to the heart.

Do you feel your heartbeat?

Listen.

And maybe take a deeper breath in and sigh out,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Letting go.

Any build of emotions,

Intention or pressure you experience.

Let it just leave your chest through the exhalation.

And sense the vibration of your chest with your palm.

And sense your palm with your chest.

Notice this moment of connection you to you.

Listen.

Get quiet.

Get still.

Breathe.

Allow everything that was there on top of your chest to slowly start to come out,

Make itself seen,

Make itself felt.

Just clearing some superficial energies that most of the time we are not aware of as we are not paying attention.

And the moment you will get it,

You will feel,

Oh,

My heart is here.

I'm here.

You can release your hand down,

Relax your arms,

And let's play a game together.

Find yourself one more time fully in your head,

And behind your eyes,

All the way up in your mind.

Notice what happens.

And then soften,

Take a deep breath and let all this awareness and your attention pour down and enter the realm of your heart center.

All your focus and attention is in the center of the chest.

Notice what you feel.

And again,

Up,

Slowly take your attention and awareness,

All the way up again into your mind,

Into your head.

Become your mind all the way up.

And then deep breath in,

Exhale and let your energy presence flow down again and center in your chest,

In the area and the space of your feeling emotional center.

And doing one more time,

Slowly raise your awareness all the way up,

Become your mind,

The thinking head.

Notice your sensations,

Your experience.

And then take a deep breath.

And as you slowly exhale,

All the energy is moving slowly,

Pouring down and filling up your heart center again.

Breathe.

Stay here.

No mind.

All of your attention,

All of your presence are focused,

Are alive,

Awakened,

Connected to the area of your heart.

No thinking,

No wondering,

Just pure experience of feeling,

Sensing,

Being alive as a being,

As a soul.

And give it a little bit more of your presence.

Feed your heart center with more attention.

Notice what happens when you give full,

Complete permission to recenter yourself in the heart space,

In your wisdom space,

Your inner knowing space.

Breathe.

Feel it,

Connect to your intuition.

Maybe you feel overwhelming sensation of motions,

Overwhelming sensations of energies flowing through your chest right now.

Let it be.

Let yourself be,

Be alive in your heart today.

And I want you now to bring up a question,

A question that you have been struggling to find an answer to.

Is it a yes or is it a no?

Is it a go or a no go?

And your mind just couldn't,

Couldn't decide,

Was going down the rabbit hole,

Couldn't figure out what would be the right thing to do.

So silently,

Inwardly drop this question right now in the space field,

Awakened,

Fertile soil of your heart space,

Your inner wisdom space.

And just feel it.

A yes would be your heart is opening,

Feeling relaxed,

Light,

Joyful.

And a no would be just kind of a contraction.

Ask your heart.

And follow the sensation you're being already knows what is the answer.

Deep down,

You already know if it's a yes or a no.

Follow that.

Maybe the mind can rage against it and give you thousands of other ideas.

Why not or why yes?

Maybe for the first time,

Trust what you feel.

And now let yourself release,

Relax any sensations,

Feelings,

Emotions that have been rising.

Let all of that energy move down your body,

Down your legs and all the way into the center of the planet.

Release.

Let it just move low down through you as a waterfall.

You may thank yourself for this practice.
