Hello and welcome to today's guided meditation.
I want you to start by finding a comfortable position,
Either sitting on the ground,
Sitting in a chair.
Let's gently close our eyes.
Start to connect with the breath.
As you inhale in through your nose,
Notice how you feel in the body,
Filling it up with air.
And then as you exhale out through the mouth,
I want you to notice what you can release every exhale.
Continue to take deep breaths in through the nose and releasing out through the mouth,
Allowing your body to relax,
Settle in.
Next,
I want you to think about something that you've been trying to achieve,
A goal that you've been trying.
Maybe it's even something that's been bothering you,
Something that maybe doesn't feel like it's going to work out.
Picture that in your mind.
Now I want you to imagine that everything works out.
Imagine that you reach that goal.
Imagine that everything falls into place just as it's meant to.
What does that look like?
How do you feel?
Are there any people around you supporting you?
What does that look like?
What feelings and emotions are coming up?
After all of your hard work,
Everything is coming to fruition.
I want you to allow this image to flow throughout your body.
Allow it to permeate every cell.
Allow these feelings and thoughts and images to fill you up,
Knowing that everything is going to work out as it's supposed to.
Before we finish this meditation,
I want you to bring a smile to your face.
The biggest smile,
Because I think that you're doing a great job today.
Whenever you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
