I created this visualization after my uncle passed away. It was my mom's brother and I knew how hard of a time she was having so I wanted to give her something to help her through it. If you've experienced any sort of loss, this is a good place to work through it. You'll get the chance to sit with your feelings and let go of anything that needs to come out. Give yourself time to allow any thoughts and feelings to come up and sit with them in your body before releasing them all.
