Welcome to your guided visualization on digestion.

Let's start by taking a comfortable position either sitting in a chair or sitting cross-legged on the floor.

I want you to close your eyes and begin taking long slow deep breaths in through the nose and slow exhales out through the mouth.

I want you to place your hands on your belly down where all your digestive organs are.

I want you to imagine that a golden light is coming from your hands down into your digestive organs.

This golden light is soothing and relaxing all of those organs and the muscles around them.

Allow your organs in your body to soften and relax.

Now I want you to say this mantra either out loud or quietly in your head.

I want you to repeat,

My body is nourished.

And as you repeat this mantra I want you to envision that your body is receiving the nourishment and the nutrients coming in from your food,

From your water,

Even from the air around you.

I want you to continue seeing that golden light coming out of your hands into your digestive organs.

Imagine that golden light is clearing all of the organs and getting them ready to receive the nourishment.

Now take a few minutes here to continue with this visualization and repeat the mantra,

My body is nourished.

Beautiful job.

Now as you finish up repeating your mantra,

I want you to take a few deep inhales in through the nose,

A long slow exhales out through the mouth.

And to finish we're just going to send some love to our bodies and to our digestive organs and thank them for supplying all the energy and nourishment that we need to live a full and happy life.

Beautiful job today focusing on your body and allowing yourself to digest fully.
